Constraction reviews in Highlands Ranch, Colorado

AMAZING!
I was introduced to Cirilo through friends for guidance regarding extensive repairs and damage caused by tenants to a home that I am moving back into. There was water damage, mold in multiple areas, and many other concerns creating the need for a complete renovation. I could not be more grateful to Cirilo for guiding me through the entire project from costs, working with the insurance company, design ideas, expert knowledge, compassion, and honesty. He and his team are reliable, professional, respectful, kind, hard working and extremely detailed. D&G Contracting is turning my despair into an amazing experience, which I never imagined was possible. I am forever grateful.

We needed to replace siding and trim on our house after water damage occured and CJ and his crew did a fantastic job! The quality of work, helping us stay within budget and communication were excellent!

This is the second project we were able to work with D & G on. The siding/window repair team were great on the first project. The bathroom remodel guys did not disappoint either on the second project.

D&G was a pleasure to work with! We love our new HVAC system and it works beautifully. Most importantly, we were beyond thankful with the speed of service. Living without A/C in the heat of summer in Denver is not fun. It is often hard to keep responsive service, but D&G they took care of us immediately.

CJ is great; he is responsive, caring and ensures quality service.
We use D&G for all our contracting needs!

We had several windows replaced in August, 2025. The installation was done very professionally. The installers were very professional, friendly, and cleaned up the work area after installation was completed. We are enjoying the looks, quietness, and temperature control of the new windows.

I wish there were more like CJ and his crew. I live out of state and needed major work done on my house. CJ not only took the time to investigate when we found a potential issue but also fixed it both on time and even below budget!!! The paint and siding replacement he and his team did is top-notch, he has excellent communication skills (sent pictures of the work as it was being done and asked clarifying questions) and he charges VERY reasonable prices. He has earned a repeat customer.

I really appreciate the work completed by the team from D&G Contracting. Cirilo and his team were very professional, efficient, and caring when working on my remodel. I highly recommend them for any project you may have!

D&G Contracting was recommended to us by our Ace Painting Services for stucco repairs. D&G completed work in a timely manner, provided daily updates, and communicated in a professional manner. I would highly recommend.

Nothing could have worked out better than dealing with DG for our total garage door and opener upgrade. Sedric make sure the job was going right and Eric, the mountain high garage door installer was spectacular. I didn't know I could be so pleased with a garage door!

I recently had my home painted by D&G Contracting, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! The painters were professional, detail-oriented, and took great care to ensure every surface was perfectly prepped and painted. The quality of workmanship is outstanding—clean lines, smooth finishes, and a flawless application. They were punctual, efficient, and left everything spotless when they finished. My home looks refreshed and beautiful, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch painting!

We had an excellent experience working with David & Goliath Contracting! They patched our flooring perfectly and demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly stood out. Cirilo was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping us informed and ensuring everything went smoothly. The team was extremely clean, setting up a dust barrier and fans to minimize mess and disruption in our home. Their attention to detail and respect for our space were greatly appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again for future projects. Highly recommend!

these guys are AWESOME, full stop. can't recommend working with them enough. Cirilo is responsive, clear, direct, and easy to work with. He's open to input but also very knowledgeable. He will express what he thinks will work best while maintaining your desired end result in mind and approaches these discussions with humility and expertise. The whole team is a pleasure to work with. They work quickly, keep working areas clean, and do really excellent work overall. Projects are complicated and unforeseen issues can arise, and D&G were extremely clear with me about what our options were and the pros and cons associated with them. Their pricing is unbeatable, and the end result is awesome. I'll be working with them again next year!

We hired CJ and crew to paint our first floor and complete our kitchen remodel. Everything was done to perfection and in a timely manner. Everyone was clean and respectful to the property. Would absolutely hire again!

My husband and I were very pleased in our bathroom remodel. From the materials to installation everything was so professional and the workmen were great to deal with. We're so glad we went with them with the help of Sedhe King who helped us last year in remodeling our other bathroom. Thank you

They were very professional and the job came out great. We did a whole house Reno. And they kept on schedule as well. They kept on top of all the little details. I am beyond happy with the job.

D and G Contracting is a phenomenol company to work with from start to finish! Our solar panel installation failed 3 building inspections in one week due to the incompetence and shoddy workmanship of our original solar company. We were informed our beautiful mahogany deck was compromised, our tile roof was compromised and the finished electrical work was downright dangerous. C J and crew worked with the inspector to ensure that our deck would pass future inspection. It was extremely involved regarding foundation, enforcement but our deck is now aesthetically beautiful and passed inspection with flying colors. We also added additional work and CJ gave us up to date price increases and checked on his workers daily. CJ ‘s crew were amazing - working long hours on the hottest days of the summer. We’ve recommended D and G Contracting to two other individuals and we recommend this company to you. Thank you CJ!

D & G Contracting were EXCELLENT! We had a mystery water situation in our basement. It was a mess. We had one company come and they quickly dismissed us and never found or investigated thoroughly where the water might have been coming from and estimated thousands of dollars of repairs they suggested.
D & G had someone come to the house the day I called. They stayed for way over an hour looking into every nook and cranny to find the root cause. They found it and were able to talk about a plan of action that day. They came the very next day to start the work. They protected our floors and taped things off to keep the house clean. Communication was often and clear. We received pictures of everything they were doing. The clean up was so through that we really couldn't even tell that they were there aside from the exposed pipes they were repairing.
In other words, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company without hesitation. There is a narrative about the nightmares of working with contractors. D & G Contracting and its owner, Cirilo Ibarra, were the most thorough and professional, high quality craftsmen I have worked with. Call them! You will not be disappointed.

I hired David & Goliath Contracting (D&G Contracting) to stain an extensive run of my relatively new fence which had been installed about a year ago. D&G went well above and beyond by making sure that the sprinkler water stains were removed first, taking extra time to painstakingly remove the stains and touch up/sand areas in preparation for applying the stain. The completed staining looks beautiful, making my fence look on par with wood paneling you might find inside of a home. One of the things I liked best about working with D&G is the friendly and personalized level of service and great communication. I highly recommend them for any job.

D&G were amazing, they recently finished painting the outside of my house. From start to finish Cirilo, Chris and their team exceeded all expectations. The job was perfect, I am very fussy and they worked with me to get everything exactly as I wanted. The team were extremely hard workers always on time, kind and very considerate. Cirilo and Chris did a through inspection of the job beforehand and went through all the details with me before pricing, the price was great and the end result is superb. I could not be happier. This is a company that runs like a well oiled machine with integratory and kindness.

Have had great experiences lately with their customer service and home services, like flooring projects and windows.
