So happy with the biweekly cleaning service we've been receiving from TopClean. On the whole they do an excellent job no matter what crew comes out to my home. And if they happen to miss something, all it takes is a quick text to have someone back out to fix it or just make sure it gets taken care of during the next scheduled cleaning. They're very open to feedback, very reliable and customer service is excellent. Knowing I'm going to come home to a perfectly clean home at least once every other week is such a great feeling.

We did a walk through of our house with the owner, Ronnie, who was extremely professional and detailed as to what would be included in the deep clean we requested. When the cleaning team came out, it seemed very rushed, some areas were missed, and overall it wasn't the deep clean we expected from such an accredited company.
While they did a good job in the other rooms, we called and spoke with Eyem to relay the information. She assured me that this would be taken care of. Not only did they call to make this right with another cleaning, Ronnie, the owner, called and actually listened to what our concerns were so that they can take that feedback to improve that team going forward.
Overall, because of their stellar customer service and genuine care for us, I would absolutely work with them again to schedule another cleaning. Their goal is to provide 5 star service and they absolutely showed their dedication with their exceptional service and promises.
