We've had several cleaning techs since starting this service, and they've all been great. I do want to call out Hale in particular as they are our most frequent tech. Their attention to detail is outstanding and my dog Bill loves them. It absolutely makes Bill's day to follow Hale around and "help." Hale has endless patience for Bill's shenanigans!

Cleaning has been fine (nothing spectacular but also not egregiously terrible. I did have to request a return visit once and debated a couple other times but didn't want to have to figure out timing for a second trip to finish what wasn't done), but what is driving me absolutely insane is the relentless requests for online reviews. After a clean you get a score card to complete and there is an option to "not ask me for a review again." However, despite clicking that option every.single.time, I continue to receive spam-level requests for a review - via email and text and after my clean - and I am absolutely exhausted by it. The decision to review or not should be respected and Apline Maids absolutely does not do that. Looking for another company now.

We've used Alpine Maids for the past 6 months and are very happy with their house cleaning service. We actually changed from a different cleaning service because we were unhappy with the level of quality of the previous company.

Alpine Maids does a great job of cleaning. They communicate effectively. We have two dogs, and the cleaners have been great with our dogs. Alpine Maids had been flexible when our regular scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday or when we've needed to reschedule.
