Gabriel showed up he was a nice young man very professional and worked really hard. I was embarrassed on how bad my carpets had gotten. Excellent experience. Elijah was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We did the rotary carpet cleaning and the whole house looks great! Getting a quote over the phone and setting the appointment was easy. They sent mssgs to confirm the quote, appt time, and when Elijah was on his way. Flawless process from start to finish. Called Thursday evening and left message. Company rep Josh texted next morning and was able to squeeze us in that day (Friday) at 1pm. Josh showed up on time—we briefly discussed our concerns for elderly father in laws home. Josh has amazing listening skills and is a professional 100%. The rooms look beautiful and that was hard to do with carpet as old as my adult children. Highly recommend this company—Kathy
