I highly recommend Joshua and his company! Top-notch service and quality human being.

I scheduled my appointment only 3 days prior. I had two roommates leaving and were supposed to have all their stuff out before the appointment, however, instead they still had stuff in the way in several rooms. Our appointment was scheduled from 1 to 3pm

Joshua asked if we wanted to switch places with a later appointment, however, because the landlords were coming over at 4pm for the final walkthrough, we were unable to do that.

Joshua patiently waited for 30 minutes while the boys finished clearing the space and their cleaners vacuumed.

I had also asked if Joshua would include a rug in the carpet cleaning package I scheduled when I spoke to him on the phone and he said he would see what he could do. But after the feeling quite guilty that he already had been so patient I didn't have the heart to bring it up after he finished the rest of the house. However, as I was organizing some items into that room, he approached me about it and cleaned it as part of the package.

I had scheduled the rotary carpet cleaning package to ensure the carpets were pristine - and by the time he was done, they looked amazing!

I am extremely pleased with not only the quality of service I recieved but with the exceptional quality of his demeanor, patience, and understanding.

Of course, that all being said, I hope that no one takes advantage of that and expects him to do this every time. I was appalled and embarrassed at my roommates' unpreparedness and blatant disregard for his time.

Their pricing is very competitive and you know what you are going to pay upfront, no surprises of additional cost when job is done, it’s always discussed upfront. I cannot say enough about how fantastic Joshua is! He is so knowledgeable about what it takes to clean certain stains / rugs / furniture etc and he truly cares about his customers, going above and beyond to make sure things are excellent. For us he has cleaned everything from different types of furniture to area rugs, bedroom carpet, and high traffic stairs that now look brand new! I recommend him to all my family, friends and neighbors.

We were in a bind and they were able to scheduled us the next day. The owner, Joshua, was the person who came out to clean our carpets. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He made sure to protect our house and our belongings as he cleaned the carpet. Our carpet looks brand new! You can really tell that he takes pride in his business and making sure your carpets are clean. We will definitely use this company in the future!

Josh did an amazing job on our rugs, carpet, and couch. Everything smells so great and is so much brighter and cleaner! He even got some pet stains out of some very light rugs! He was professional, timely, and easy to work with. We will definitely use Carpet Doctor again.

Josh went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and cleaned very stubborn stains on the carpet. He is very professional and takes care of your home. He was the 1st carpet cleaner i used, that used special devices to protect the trims and corners of the house. Also, he walked us through and explained his process, before and after. I will definitely be using him in the future and recommend his services to my friends, especially that is a local small business.
