Ed is very experienced (30+years) very knowledgeable , no time wasted, he identified my problem immediately, fixed clothes dryer in 45 minutes in December 2020, , reasonable affordable fair, did not demand upfront money, also he is delightful polite pleasant person

Ed has always been there when we need him. He never tries to upswell you on things you don't need. He's the only one we call when we need appliance repair.

Used them years ago on a fireplace and said parts needed ordered never heard back. Couple months ago I decided to give the local small business a 2nd chance on a fridge.Came out to "fix" refrigerator replaced a part and left. 2 days later issue was back I called him he came back said it was a different part he had to order. Wouldn't charge labor again just cost of part Never heard back from him.
