The tree trimming of 2 large trees in our backyard was very good. However, the clean up was sub-par at best. They moved some heavy items and didn't bother to put them back. Left a branch laying on the roof of our shed and just alot of rubbish, sticks and twigs everywhere. I got it cleaned up but it took me a couple hours. We've used them in the past and never had this problem. Pretty disappointed this time.

Arbor Pro Tree has always done excellent work for us. They show up on time, and work until the job is complete. They cleaned up everything and you could not even tell they were there, other than my tree was gone. They also seem to be very safe and don't put their employees in danger. They always have the proper equipment. I would highly recommend them.

Doug came out to estimate the cost for my two large trees. great price. decided to give them a try. excellent choice on my part. crew showed up 30 minutes early and got right to work. best trimming ive ever experience. did exactly what we wanted. excellent crew. they even had another crew from another job come by to help out. will definitely use them again in the future.

Arbor Pro Tree was used to trim up two big trees in my yard. Doug came out and gave me a estimate and I was able to get the work done quickly.
The crew show up on time and did a great job. Took measures to keep from damaging neighbors grass. Clean up was detailed and place looked good when they left.
I would use Arbor Pro again.

Environmental Tree Care team has been taking care of my trees for years. They are an honest and affordable company that will take great care of you and your trees.

From initial estimate to completion of work, working with Environmental Tree Care was smooth. Communication with the office and the estimator was clear and professional. The crew doing the work went above and beyond, and another contractor who was on site at the time went out of his way to tell me what a pro crew I'd hired for the tree work.

I use this company for snow removal as well, and have been extremely pleased with their service in this arena as well. I also appreciate the ability to pay invoices online...very convenient.

Editing my review as I've had additional tree fertilization and chlorosis treatment for my maples. Adam came by on 10/4 and he was extremely professional in administering the chlorosis treatment. He was understanding as well as I had family visiting at the time.
Adam and another team member (I forgot his name) came by for tree fertilization on 10/28. They were very communicative and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. The teams at Environmental Tree care are great!

Environmental Tree Care came by two different times this week for tree fertilization/treatment and a tree trim (two different crews).

Wade did the tree fertilization/treatment. He was professional and very nice to talk to. He explained everything he was there for and made sure I knew/understood the procedure.

Vinny, Alvaro, and Jaime came for the tree trim. They were quick, efficient, and extremely professional in their work. Vinny explained what he planned on doing (he was up in the tree) and what he found in the tree after the trim (past breaks, future recommendations once the tree grew out a bit more). They cleaned up after the trim and were very nice to work with.

Highly recommended Environmental Tree Care!

They did a full prune of my ash tree including removal of broken branches caused by the recent heavy snow. They were extremely quick and efficient and did an excellent job of removing broken and dead limbs and thinning overgrowth. I give the crew who came out 5 stars for their friendliness, professionalism, and overall quality of work. I recommend them highly.

The reason I have given an overall 4 star rating is due to the poor communication on the part of the customer service and estimating staff. They were very lacking in returning phone calls and communicating scheduling information.

They will do a great job for you once they let you know that your job is scheduled.

This company did an amazing job in an emergency situation and was very helpful throughout the entire process. This past weekend we had a horrible wind storm that uprooted one of our upright evergreen trees. I called on Monday morning and by that afternoon they had given me an estimate. The tree was blocking my neighbors sidewalk so it was an emergency situation as they have in-home care that is there everyday. The crew came out the next morning and handled the job quickly and professionally in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this company. I've used them for past jobs and will continue using them in the future.

Wade came by to treat a couple of our trees for some issues going on. He was quick and professional. Gave me a quick recap of what they were doing and made the process nice and simple.

Recently had a Trunk Injection for my Ash Tree that was not looking very happy. Adam, the technician came out and was very nice and professional. Most of all he was very knowledgeable about the health and nature of tree's in general. Took the time to explain why our tree isn't happy and that made me glad we hired him to do the job.

They just came in to take down a 60 to 70 ft tall locust tree in our front yard very professional very hard workers kept the property clean. Seems like they definitely know what they're doing!! Mike the cutter was great!!

I had a crew of 4 come to my house and completely take out a giant tree as well as cut half a second tree down that were dead. They were very careful, considerate & cautious. They also did a great job at cleaning up. Thank you very much
