Denver Tree Co provides the best customer service! Emily and Gary are professional and communicated with us through every step of the tree and bush removal at our house.

The stump grinding was very well done as well you can’t even tell we had anything removed! We will definitely be using them for future projects.

Another great experience with Gary and Emily! Best pricing for tree trimming in the area. They worked with me to do all of my trees in stages because I couldn't afford them all at once! So kind and professional and always so sweet with all of my dogs coming to say hi before they get started. They even cut limbs down to size so we can age then to use in our fireplace, but take the branches and huge pieces we don't want. Highly recommend to anyone! Fast, safe work, and they always discuss pricing ahead of time and don't hike the price later. I would give 50 stars if I could.

Gary and Emily were super easy and great to work with. They came out for a free assessment and gave a honest perspective with a few different options of how to address our large leaning tree. Prices were super reasonable and they made swift work of pruning the most problematic part of our tree. We love the outcome, where we still get the benefits of still having most of a large tree in our backyard, without the worry that a rare weather event could cause something damaging to happen. They were awesome, and really helped us put our mind at rest with the work they did. Highly highly recommend!

We hired John because he’s a Master Arborist, runs a small owner operated business, and is one of the rare arborists who stays on site for the entire project, doing much of the work himself. We had a pine that needed detailed pruning, and he approached it with real care. He made small, thoughtful cuts and paused at each stage so we could evaluate the shape, explaining how each next cut would affect the tree’s appearance, health, future growth, and long term maintenance needs.

From the initial estimate through completion, he was responsive, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. His pricing was fair, and the quality of his work was great. I wish more businesses operated this way. Highly recommended.

John and team did a great job of removing two blue spruce. The were very careful to protect the house and landscaping. John’s expert advice as a arborist was very helpful for the remaining trees.

In our backyard we have a favorite tree, George, a purple ash, who desperately needed some trimming. John and his team came over and we discussed how we wanted it done, visual and health wise. John trimmed George wonderfully and cleaned up the branches. A very positive experience!

John and Carson did a great job taking out three trees from my front yard. John was prompt, communicated well, and took the time to clean up as much as possible afterwards.

John was very professional, timely, and respectful. We had him out to our house in June to inspect for pine beetle concerns. He professionally answered our questions and was not pushy to sell his service. We opted to use Verbonone pouches to protect our trees, and he helped make suggestions on how, when, and where to place them to protect our property from nearby infestations. We had a few trees on our property that had been victims from pine beetle kill. He make recommendations on how to address and stop the spread. We did the work ourselves, and he did not ask for anything. We gave him a small payment for coming out and offering advice, but he did not ask for it.

We had him out again this week to cut down a mature aspen tree that we had to take down due to insurance requirements. It was a sad day for us because we loved the tree. John came out to evaluate our options on saving it while satisfying insurance. Ultimately, we had to take it down, and John came out a 2nd time to complete the task in a very timely and professional manner.

We highly recommend John.

This is the second time I have used Arbor Pro, and I would certainly use them again. Chad, who gave me the estimate, used absolutely no pressure, contrary to some other companies.
The crew was professional and cleaned up perfectly. Steve even cut the bigger logs for me to use for firewood. Thanks for a great job at a fair price.

Arbor pro has been servicing my trees for a couple of years now. They've always communicated well and been pretty prompt with service. That changed this year. I have a tree that is slowly dying and I asked arbor pro to look at it and let me know what was wrong when they serviced another tree. The service guy apparently did not look at it because when I followed up they had no information for me. The woman I spoke to on the phone said it sounds like fire blight and they could service it in a few weeks. Arbor pro never came, and has not answered their phone nor returned my messages since. This has been a few months now and I have been forced to start fresh with a new company, and I'm not sure my tree is going to survive. It's a beautiful mature crabapple tree and I'd be devastated if it died. Arbor pro has simply stopped communicating with me after a couple years of steady business I've given them. No idea what's going on over there but I do not recommend!
