Nice guys, got us in earlier than expected through home warranty. They were very efficient and cleaned everything up before they left, even took all the trash!

The problem with the bathtub faucet was not resolved and I could not get Albert to return a call to try to get it resolved. I had to turn him in to Choice Home Warranty for a no-show!!!
I will never use your company again!

Albert & Christian did an awesome job trying to repair a "leaky" bathtub faucet. Albert went the extra mile to repair the problem, worked along time on the issue and finally came uyp with the solution. Would definitely use Primary again.

very helpful and courteous went the extra mile for us. Ask to check out another issue not called in, he then checked it out got us a estimate and then got the parts needed and got us repaired. can't not praise him enough.

Albert and his team with Primary Heating and Cooling fixed my Air Conditioner in an EXCEPTIONAL manner. I had issues with a previous company assessing, recommending and completing work accurately which left me without air during the hottest months of the year. We had weeks of 100-degree weather, totally not cool. When Albert received my information, the response was timely and accurate. He got my Air Conditioner unit approved the same day and installed it within days. Their pricing was reasonable, and he explained it all in detail. I recommend Primary Heating and Cooling, hands down the best in Colorado. Albert was incredibly helpful over the phone prior to our service call. Cristian was very personable and knowledgeable regarding the issue which needed repair, going above and beyond to get the waterline issue resolved.

Horrible experience! Paid deductible for home warranty and they said they would get back to me that day to fix leaking sink. Never heard back from them. Been over two weeks. I've texted and called. They said they would call me back. Still nothing. 3 more days gone by.
Would never recommend.

Primary Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job for us. Our HVAC system quit blowing at all and luckily for us it was under warranty. The expert who came out diagnosed the problem and put in a claim for us with the warranty company that replaced the entire system. The repairman who came in once the part arrived installed it quickly and efficiently and it is working perfectly.

Smart with a heart and integrity. Such an amazing company! They've now put in my hot water heater and fixed my sink issue..thanks Cristian, you rock! Im bringing you chili for Christmas! Thank you!! 5 stars all day long.

Such a great company, both Albert and Christian were absolutely amazing since the beginning of all this. Christian is great at walking you through the process and making sure you understand the items that were installed. Would recommend them to anyone and will use them for years to come.

Stay far away from this company! They are very unorganized, unprofessional and not very honest in my opinion.
From the start of my claim, this company had no idea where my claim was from the warranty and said they could not find info on the claim. Finally, they found it, and the technician Christian came out and assumed it was a part, when he really had no idea what the problem really was.
Then the office gal Maria told me my home warranty company would not cover my tub faucet because it was a Delta brand, so I did a 3-way call with her and the warranty and caught her in a complete lie! The Choice warranty called her out on it, and they never even spoke to her come to find out. I spoke to Albert who was not my technician and he could not find a work order from the technician Christian that did come out. They, then submitted the wrong diagnosis to the warranty, so claim was denied. I wasted $100 service fee on a terrible company that was in network with my warranty. I chose to find another company with my own out of pocket expense and it was a completely different part that was causing the leak. I do not recommend this company at all!

Called Albert Thursday asking for a quote to replace my 45yo furnace with a bad gas valve. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quote me with a few details on the phone. The price was very reasonable, and he had time to get it done the next day! Thank you Christian for your quick and clean work you provided on the install, I'll look to refer you business any time.

Christian helped me with my water heater. I had a tech who had said that I needed a new water heater. The water heater was to that old. I did not need a new heater. Christian took care of me and flushed the water heater and check to see if my main drain was flowing. He was attentive with details and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. It’s been years since we started working with Albert at Primary Heating and Cooling for all our AC and furnace needs. We can always rely on him to do quality work, he is available even on weekends when we need him, and his rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I was told I needed the blower wheel on my furnace cleaned. The maintenance company that I hired to do the yearly maintenance on the furnace did not do that. So I called Primary Heating and Cooling because I used them earlier this year to install an air conditioner. And I like their work, their professionalism and their knowledge. I decided to call them to clean the blower wheel. They did a great job.

Primary Heating and Cooling is a small family owned business that outperforms all other big corporate owned HVAC companies. They are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, honest, thorough and dependable. The owner Albert came out to give me a very fair and competitive quote for a furnace replacement but also checked out my 19+ year old water heater at no cost. He could have easily sold me a water heater like some other companies would do, but instead he gave his honest fair evaluation with explanation that it was indeed still in decent shape despite its age, which I really appreciated. His worker Christian came out promptly the next morning and worked efficiently to replace my furnace. Christian was very friendly and efficient, not to mention very knowledgeable about his trade. He patiently explained everything to me in detail and thoroughly tested my entire HVAC system including the thermostat programming. One of the best and most trusted businesses I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Keeping in mind that they also do plumbing and electrical work. I know who I will be going to for my future heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical needs.
