Christian came and and it didn't take him long to diagnose what the problem was with our air conditioner. He discovered that it was a bad 30 amp fuse. He replaced it and walla, our air conditioner was back cooling us. Couldn't be happier.

Worst company to work with. Incompetent technician Albert performed a wrong diagnostic on my AC and declared Freon leak. After hiring a better technician I got to know the AC is in good condition and no leak detected.

Albert also, came to fix a gas leak in my other house and decided to come on a Saturday where his rates are higher to fix the issues. He charges me USD 367 plus taxes for 40 minutes of time and no parts.

Please don’t hire these guys to perform any work

Albert from this company did a wrong diagnostic and declared it is a freon leak in the AC and needs replacement. After second opion leak was not the issue. He also, came to my other house for gas leak fix on a Saturday and asked for 400 USD for 40 mins of Labor (No parts).

Friendly, professional, and timely. Great communication. They were able to replace my disposal right there without the need for a second appointment. I really appreciate getting a narrower time slot rather than having to wait around for hours. I highly recommend them.

We’re quick and efficient diagnosing the issues with my AC unit. They worked fast with my warranty company to get the parts replaced and my AC up and running. I’d absolutely use them again.

I had upcoming appointment scheduled for Wednesday. The technician called me on a Saturday afternoon and came out and checked out my AC unit. It was very professional and very friendly. The technician is also knowledgeable his job.

Cristian with Primary Heating and Cooling installed a new water heater for us in June 2025. This was follow up work after he came out for a service call to diagnose a small water leak we found on the floor near the water heater. On both occasions Cristian was friendly & professional; he worked quickly but not hurriedly and was very careful to clean up upon completing the install. Very pleased with his and the company’s work.

Christian is a very competent, pleasant, persistent tech who quickly, steadfastly found the problem & fixed it. I am adding Christian and Albert to set up an annual check on my water heater. ( It was done, thank you, Christian ).

They fixed our air conditioner at a fair price and on a Saturday. They were running late but other than that they've been wonderful but when calling about the doorbell not working after they work on the furnace they did not return my call. Turns out when they worked on one of the switches they left a wire detached. Once we read attached it or doorbell now works.

Great job by Christian on installing our new AC unit. We enjoyed his outgoing personality and Christian attitude. He cleaned the work area just as he found it and made sure everything was tested and working properly before leaving. The entire job was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We will sure want Christian to be our service tech the next time we call Primary H&C. Thank you for having employes like him on your staff.

I was buying a home while still living on the East Coast, and I needed both a new furnace and water heater. Primary Heating and Cooling got everything installed ahead of my move, and got my rooftop evaporative cooler ready to rock, as I moved into my home at the peak of summer heat. Now that things are turning cool outside, I've got no issues staying warm indoors.

Nothing has been submitted to Home Warranty yet. So we’re still without hot water. Christian said he submitted the info to Home Warranty on 9/29, but it hasn’t been done as of 10/06! We need hot water, submit asap!

Cristian was A+++++. I wish I could give him and the company 5,000 stars. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such top notch service. Everything discussed and detailed for my new water heater went exactly as stated and they replaced with the exact same high efficiency 50 gallon unit I had. Communications prior, during and after were perfection. I have already recommended and told 5 different people in the past 2 days that they need to keep this company's information on file for future needs. If only we were all so fortunate to have this high level service, speed in service, friendliness and great price (I had 3 other quotes), life would be really wonderful. I can't recommend them enough.
