Reviews of local pros in Leadville, Colorado

Working with Legacy Electrical on a number of unique and complex projects over the past several years has been an absolute pleasure. They are professional, responsive and very engaged throughout all of our projects and always listen to our needs and questions. It is always a very collaborative process. What I most appreciate is their willingness to work closely with both our electrical engineers and our lighting designer to come up with the best solutions for each challenge that presents itself.

Currently, they are doing the rough electrical on a couple of 100+ year old wooden boxcars we found in the woods and have been able to weave all our wiring through the complex framing of the cars in such a way as to be able to hide it all in the foam insulation we will be installing. We have worked closely with both Steven and Tyson to figure out how to create bases for custom light fixtures that can be surface mounted in one of the boxcars so that the way don’t compromise the historic nature of the cars - no mean feat!

I have nothing but respect for the collaborative and creative approach that Legacy has brought to our projects and hope to continue that relationship for many years to come!

Legacy Electrical Contractors is serving on a large & complex commercial project with Rockridge Building. Their team has been cooperative to work with, professional in the quality of work, and constructive in problem solving. We look forward to working with them again.

These guys are the best. I wouldn't choose another group of electricians in Leadville, and here's why. Tyson and Steven actually answer the phone. Novel concept, but if you've dealt with most contractors, you know how this can be. Legacy schedules promptly. They offer solutions, engage in follow up conversations right away, and they gauge expectations correctly. They offer estimates and stick to those estimates. Consummate professionals across the board. These young guns are ambitious and knowledgable, and as such, they get stuff done! Will always choose them first for any electrical work I have done in my house in the future.

Love Legacy Electric! Always show up on time, do great work. Sparky worked with all our questions and always had a solution. They will always be our “Go To” for any electrical work.

Legacy Electric was responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful and very helpful with alternative ideas in both new construction and on a major remodeling project we completed together. We would use them again.

As a small business owner in Leadville, I've had the need for prompt assistance at times. I reached out to Legacy for help, and they were very accommodating. The following morning, Steve and Douglas arrived to address my outlet issue. They not only resolved the problem efficiently but also ensured that the area was left clean and tidy. Overall, the communication with Legacy was excellent, allowing my business to continue operating without any downtime. This level of service was extremely valuable to me.

Legacy Electric is great to work with and get the job done as scheduled. Their team is friendly, knowledgably, and hard working. I trust that their work will always be up to NEC standards and provide the electrical power Copper Mountain Resort needs.

Tyson and Steven are fantastic. Always responsive, and high quality on projects I've worked with them on. Projects include hooking up heat cable, installing new breakers, installing a generator switch, and a few other projects.

My husband and I recently built a home in Leadville. We chose Legacy Electrical Contractors based on their professionalism, knowledge, and competitive bid. Tyson and his team worked with us to ensure that all of our electrical needs were met. They adhered to the schedule and completed the jobs as promised. They were also willing to make changes on the fly. When we made additional requests outside of their original bid, Tyson was open to doing it and the pricing was very fair. We appreciated working with a company of such high integrity. We would definitely use Legacy Electrical Contractors in the future and we would recommend them to everyone.
