Installed 3 fans in bedrooms. Crew arrived on time, knowledgeable regarding the project. Worked hard all day to complete and conscientious regarding cleanup. Would recommend them.

Came to my job to move 2 outlets. Told them to make sure it was up to code since were remodling and to get a permit if needed. I was told we didn't need a permit since we were just moving the 2 boxes down about 6" I asked them to make sure it was 24" from the sink which makes it up to code. It was not and then told me that they would have to rewire the entire kitchen if I wanted to make it up to code. Instead of trying to resolve the problem they gave me the run around about how it would have been so much more work to make it up to code.

I would give less stars if possible. I had Tim from pro electric to my house late September to give me a estament on grounding my basement. He told me he was booked till late October but would be getting ahold of me. Quoted me 1000+ and said it would take a days work. November first I called to ask why I never received a phone call and they said they would be out that next Wednesday to do the work for me. I asked what time they would be at my house and they said they don’t schedule times but would just show up so be ready. I sat at home till almost closing for them and got a no call no show. Called to ask why and they said they had tomany people call in and would reschedule for 2 Wednesday’s from now. Again I asked what time and they said anytime just be ready. I then sat around all day again only to once again get a no call no show. Irritataed i called to ask why and was told the tech that was supposed to be coming to my house fell and broke his arm last minute so he couldn’t make it. I was not even given a call to let me know. I then once again rescheduled for the next Wednesday. Today is that Wednesday and I woke up at 8:25am and noticed I had a missed call from pro electric at 8:00am. I checked my voicemail and the message said since I didn’t answer the call they were going to take another job in another town and wouldn’t be making it to my house. When I called back Tim told me he had called me several times since 7:30 am(they don’t open till 8) and he also said he couldn’t keep guys just sitting in the office all day. He then said that my basement would take a few days even tho his original quote was 1 day... just a heads up guys you might want to avoid this place. Extreamly unprofessional. At this point I wouldn’t have them do it for free and my quote was over 1000.
