I have used CTL multiple times and plan to continue. Steve came out a couple days ago and troubleshooted a GF issue. I called that morning and he was here in just a couple of hours. Can’t say enough about them and I think most contractors/services aren’t dependable or trustworthy- so that says a lot.

I’ve had Dave out to our house on multiple occasions to install outlets, outdoor electrical, etc. and he’s always been a pleasure to work with. He’s always been respectful, on time, and overall just a good hardworking human being!

Our house was a flip, and the electrical work was pretty sloppy. Dave made sure our new outlets were properly installed and even fixed the old ones to ensure we wouldn’t have any future issues.

Compared to another quote, their price was competitive, in my case it came in lower than the competition. They were able to schedule me the next week. The installers were focused on the job and didn't waste my time. They cleaned up after themselves. They avoided damage to the drywall that saved me additional costs. They were prompt to answer my questions. Their billing system was easy to use.

We've worked with CTL since 2012. After 13 years, we can say the technicians are always on time, dependable, honest, professional, and charges are reasonable. We won't use any other company.

David and another guy showed up on time and did a great job. They installed remotes on all 3 of my ceiling fans and also a motion activated light in my closet. I love CTL. They always do a wonderful job. They are quick, professional and clean up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

Scheduling was easily done and the technician called ahead to make sure we had the components needed for installation of our Starlink system. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He was courteous and cheerful. A flawless experience overall!

CTL was able to come out the next day and took the extra time to explain to me what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it. We now have a working evaporative cooler. Will be calling them the next time I have an electrical issue.

We had lost electrical power to our home heating system. CTLs electrician located the electrical problem with our home wiring and quickly repaired it. He was also very friendly and courteous. I've used CTL in the past and continue to be very happy with their work.
