Consulted Luke about a fan installation. He was knowledgeable and his experience showed as he quickly confirmed electrical motor specs were within safe limits for our residence. He also identified an issue regarding protection of the wiring at the junction box. Customer service is top notch!

We’re pleased with the work the LG installers who came to the house to do the install of our 2 ceiling fans. Only giving 4 stars as the person who called me to set up the appointment apparently hadn’t put the work on the company schedule so where they were suppose to arrive before noon they didn’t get here until after 3pm.

I had Aaron from LG Electric come out to give me a quote on installing two outdoor fans which would require running conduit and tapping existing outlets. I had bought all the parts necessary for the install. Aaron evaluated the work to be done and quoted me $2,000 for the install. I was shocked as that was double the cost I had estimated. I asked him how long would it take and would it require two techs. Aaron advised me just he would do it and would take approximately 8 hours. So do the math $250 per hour to do a straight forward fan install? Ridiculous. I will watch a couple utube videos and pay my handy neighbor a couple hundred dollars and a case of beer to help me.

Was recommended this company by our local community forum. They were talented and certainly knew what they were doing, but so crazy pricey. 2 hours in total and $500. Want to cry after that experience since it was a simple fault of mine and I couldn’t figure it out myself 😢

I am pleased to share that I had a very positive experience with LG Electrical. I needed the replacement of a few faulty switches and contacted several companies through Thumbtack. I was hoping for a prompt service, and LG was able to schedule me for the next morning, which was certainly convenient. A very kind gentleman named John arrived and efficiently resolved the issue. I also appreciate that LG is veteran-owned, and John is a veteran as well. The price was quite reasonable and lower than other quotes I received. I would wholeheartedly recommend LG Electrical to anyone in need of their services. Thank you John and LG!! 🫶
