Very professional, came out in the AM and quoted the job. After acceptance, started and completed that day. Had to move a disconnect for a new hot tub, job was well done. I would recommend for future work.

They gave it thier all! great crew, Daniel Lawrence is a good leader. We had a big job on our 78 year old home - cloth wires, reversed and ungrounded plugs. Needed 2 new panels also. crew was here to fix an emergency, then back for 2 full days to fix the rest the following week. The crew (5 folks including a very smart young lady) were all respectful, careful, hard working. They worked extra long each day. They communicated well as a team and watched over each other doublechecking each other's work, which made us feel good. Daniel did the final check, and summarized the list with us at the end. They also did upgrade all of our old non working fire alarms. We are very pleased with these folks and highly recommend! They very clearly did care for our safety.

I had an amazing experience with MZ Electric specifically Alvaro and Cooper, my electricians who came out the same day I called. They installed six light fixtures, along with outlets and switches, all in one visit—and the quality of their work was outstanding.
Not only were they efficient and professional, but they also went above and beyond by offering smart recommendations I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. Their attention to detail and clear expertise made a big difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

This review is for the estimate process only as I did not proceed with the job that was bid for me. This was the only 1 of 3 companies that investigated enough to see what was actually needed vs a quick glance and a low ball estimate that would not have met my needs once they actually came to perform the work. Detail oriented, investigated with precision, if I wanted to do $7k of electrical work to accommodate a hot tub at my residence (which is what's required unfortunately) I would choose MZ electric!

Brodie was really great! He took the time he needed to investigate the issue and fully explain my options, then did the work perfectly and was very conscientious about cleaning, and all while being super friendly. Thank you!

We hired MZ Electric to work with us on our construction project (new built) and they have been super helpful in the pre-planning phase as well as completing their tasks during the early stages of the construction. Whenever they are on our jobsite, they are very courteous and try to make things easier and esthetically pleasing to the eye. We could not have asked for anybody better to help us with our construction project.

Alvaro and Brody were extremely professional, friendly and punctual. They listened to our issue, asked questions, asked to see our other outlets and electrical panel. They went through the different options with us. They made sure everything made sense to us before they started working. They cleaned everything up and took their time to ensure everything was done correctly. I would hire MZ Electric again without hesitation.

Mz Electric did a fantastic job at my house. They found a cut wire hidden in my attic that was a major safety concern and fixed it immediately. Their expertise in tracking down the problem was impressive. I’m extremely grateful for their help and will definitely be using them for all my future electrical needs. Five stars!

MZ Electric (and especially Blayne) deserve way more than 5 stars!
We had them replace our old electrical panel and finally fix the random flickering in our basement lights. Blayne was incredible — he tracked down the problem to a hidden, burnt junction box in the ceiling that other companies completely missed or didn't want to bother finding. He went above and beyond, explained everything, and even ran a new dedicated circuit for our basement fridge so it’s safe and reliable now. Blayne was on time, super clean, kind, patient with all our questions, and just an all-around great guy with a fantastic attitude the entire 2 days of work. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job right! Shoutout to Tyler and Cooper as well! After the panel was in we had some issues with the new breakers and MZ took care of it right away. Highly recommend!

In the middle of the night all of our smoke detectors went off at once. We scheduled an appointment. Adam and Zach were incredibly professional and responsive. We are so glad we contacted MZ Electric. We enrolled in the Safety & Savings Plan and are happy to have this new resource.

Brodie and Cooper were very careful with replacing our can ceiling lights in our kitchen. They cleaned up after themselves and very good about suggesting new solutions and marketing their products. We are going to have them return to replace our smoke/cm detectors. We even used a 10% coupon! Couldn’t be happier.

Brodie and Cooper were professional, patient, and kind. They explained things as they went along, and even afterward as I had a few questions pop up. Brodie made sure I knew he has high standards and wouldn’t leave anything left undone or unsafe. He’s a very courteous communicator and I really appreciated that. They cleaned up after themselves and were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They arrived on time, and even called me instead of knocking because my dog is recovering from knee surgery and I had asked the office to relay that request, which they did, so I was very grateful. They had their work cut out and had to reverse engineer a kitchen DIY done by a previous owner. They removed the old wires for the dishwasher, which meant moving the dishwasher (a truly horrible task in my small kitchen) and corrected a fire hazard hidden in an unused cabinet corner in another very small and inconvenient space, neither of which were part of the original reason for their service. They installed a new outlet under the sink, also incredibly challenging to work in, and cleaned up the wires in the outlets along the circuit so they were all secure and serviceable for future. Lots more went into the work they did - definitely would recommend!

Another great experience with MZ Electric! I found the scheduling and customer service to be exceptional in terms of clear and concise expectations, and that continued when my technician, Brodie Reister, arrived. He explained everything he was going to do, made time to verify and check pricing before confirming, and quickly and tidily completed the work. I'm very happy with the new outlet we had installed and confident it was completed at a high standard. Also, kudos to Brodie for checking on my meeting schedule before firing up his tools - that was a nice touch.

We had a great experience with this business, specifically Alvaro Sanchez from MZ Electric. He was very friendly, transparent, and walked us through each part of his process and findings. He was transparent up front about the initial pricing and let us know about the individual costs of each additional repair. As a relatively new homeowner, it felt great working with Alvaro and it never felt like he was forcing us to a specific repair decision. I could not recommend him enough!!

For context, we had 2 breakers blow on a Saturday and after getting in contact with them, they were able to have a technician come within the afternoon and finish before the evening, including a full diagnostic. Fast and great service!

Alvaro and Cooper were fantastic. They were kind, informative, kept the space clean (and cleaned up after themselves), and did most importantly great work. There was not a mandatory call out fee unlike most other local electric companies. I will definitely use MZ again in the future.
