Kevin does outstanding work! He installed for me two lights, bathroom hardware, and some other projects. He cleaned up afterward. He's on time and very professional!

My ex-husband improperly installed a dishwasher in my rental home. So for several years it slowly dripped and eventually decimated the kitchen floor. There was so much mold on the sub-floor the floor just fell through. I had Kevin give me an estimate. Not only did he come in at a reasonable price he is geared towards using "green" materials whenever possible. I was happy to know this. He fixed the floor, it looks fantastic! He helped me with the dishwasher (coordinating the new one) and he did it in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you.

Kevin is seriously the best! I met Kevin through him coming to fixing sinks at a past employer, so many plumbers had came through for two years prior and not one could help fix the problem until Kevin came along! He was not only prompt but he fixed them and was one of most personable people that I have ever met! If something went wrong all I had to do was message him and he would work it in to his busy schedule. Fast forward to months later I was at my house and noticed there was something stuck in my washing machine, I figured why not call Kevin for help, he promptly came and he helped me take apart my washing machine and get a bolt out of the drum, it was a tedious process but he wasn’t going to give up! Kevin is the man, he a affordable, professional and a great person who takes so much pride in his work and truly appreciates his craft and customers. I was referred to Kevin after an attempted break in left us with a shattered patio door. Kevin rearranged his schedule to fit us in that day for a temporary fix until we can get the door replaced. I had a very positive experience with Kevin and Home Tech Handyman. He installed some shelves and a gutter, and he repaired some peeling plaster in my shower. Kevin communicated well and was pleasant to have around the house. He did good work, cleaned up when finished, and charged what seemed like a fair price.

Excellent detail and reliable! Kevin is an expert when it comes to remodeling and does a professional job, even In cases where there needs to be some customization. Kevin helped me install flooring, pour concrete countertops for the kitchen, and rebuild a bathroom cabinet. He is also really good about showing tips along the way for DIY tasks. I recommend Kevin for anyone who wants quality work, whether for full remodels or just one-off projects, big or small.

Kevin did a great job doing some repairs on our house while it was being sold. There was a hairline crack along one of our basement walls that had to be repaired. He went out of his way to get it done property. He researched the best way to repair the crack and paid extra to get the materials shipped quickly to get it done. He was professional in every respect and we will use him again in the future.

Kevin and his team have done an incredible job: installing new floors (including base boards), completely renovated two of our bathrooms, new dishwasher install, fixed quite a few plumbing issues, swamp cooler repair, and much more... Needless to say we keep coming back to Kevin, his work is impeccable. Kevin will make good if something isnti quite right, however we haven't had a single problem he has had come back to.

Kevin did a great job on a variety of projects we needed done. Before getting into the work done, I very much appreciated his use of technology to facilitate the project which included: i) electronic quote after his site visit, ii) email appointment reminders and iii) electronic invoicing with simple ability to pay online.

Now on to the work itself, project included: i) laundry room painting and installing new flooring, ii) install two sun shade sails in our courtyard and iii) various other house projects (sticking doors and hardware, etc.). Kevin did a great job on knocking all of them out efficiently and in a quality way. He had a flooring he likes for the laundry room and it's great. Matches other floors well and just overall a quality finish. Couldn't be happier with the work, the punctuality and efficiency.

I called Kevin to check for possible water damage in our guest bathroom and demoing the bathroom to start remodeling. He came out the next day for a free consult and immediately got started on the tear down after we agreed to go forward. He took his time to explain to us the remodel process and start a game plan for our vision. He is extremely friendly and so informative about each step of what he was doing. I'm really glad to have found someone who is a people person to explain the "why" of what is needed instead of a contractor who will tell you that you need to do things with no explanation. His pricing is extremely fair and I feel a lot better about this remodel being done right with Kevin's help. I will update to include final pics when the remodel is done, but just know we will definitely be calling Kevin for future projects as well!

Kevin was great to work with! Within an hour of calling him on a Saturday, he was at our house and helped with our water heater. Super informative through the whole process and very friendly. Highly recommend!
