I also saw him helping another customer, giving them directions to find an item they were looking for. Jason seemed very knowledgeable and knew the layout of the store. Thank you! They cleaned the carpets minimally, but for the professional price I paid, I should have received a professional cleaning. There were several spots that had visible dirt/stains and they were still there after the cleaning. When I brought it up, they said that any stains or well worn areas would always be dirty and never come clean. That's not what other professional cleaners tell me. I cleaned those areas again with my small carpet cleaner, and I brought up quite a bit of the dirt. I could have done a better job myself overall.

Prompt, courteous, and reasonable. Kevin did a great job for me when my sprinkler system failed and filled my window well. He not only does carpet cleaning, but also does water damage cleanup. He had all the equipment and did a fantastic job in my dire time of need!

Had Kevin come out clean the carpet before we sold the house the realtor it was listing the house and never used Kevin when she came back in to see the house after the carpet was clean she swore that we put new carpeting down instead of having the carpet cleaned. All of the pet stains tape stains from renter who taped area rugs on top of the carpeting were all gone and no sign that there was ever any adhesive or even a pee stain from the dog that was there the house smells great. In less than one week we have 19 offers on the house all of them at the asking price.

Skyler and Josh came out to do a full home clean. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. Then....my dog came down with an intestinal illness about 48 hours after the cleaning. I left home for a few hours and came back to a HUGE MESS. I called the owner, Kevin, and he sent someone out within a few hours to do the clean up. He even helped recommend some emergency vets and called to follow-up and make sure my dog was OK. Great example of a business that cares about customers!

Years later, had another doggy incident, and Kevin sent someone out the same day to fix it. Javier spot treated the trail and got all of the stains out. I will call them every time!

Just had Kevin from Tri-R clean my old carpeting. It now looks surprisingly amazing. I had some kitty spots I wasn’t aware of and he added a treatment to take care of them without overcharging me for it. He even cleaned my area rug without me asking him to do it.
