I bought a house that has a large backyard that needed a lot of work. I was referred to Watermark Landscape and hiring them was the easy decision I have ever made! Greg gave me great direction and completely understood my vision and “rocked” it! They were professional and completed my project exactly when they said they would. Couldn’t be more happy with the performance of the team and would recommend them to anyone with a big project. They can do it all!!

Watermark was amazing to work with!! We had a very outdated yard and depressed look, and really no idea of what to do. The Watermark team met with us to hear our thoughts and budget, then offered great ideas and suggestions. (Superb knowledge on plants, shrubs and mulch to use by the way)

A short time later, we had a fantastic plan snd schedule to get it done.

Results were beyond our expectations!!! We love our new yard and enjoy it much more than before. Definitely added value to our home and lot.

I am happy to share my wonderful experience with Watermark and the exceptional work they did on my home. We embarked on a significant backyard remodel, which included a new paver patio, fireplace, yard re-grading, drainage work, and the installation of almost all new plants and grass. The entire process from design to implementation (and warranty period after) exceeded my expectations.

It's rare to find service providers who go above and beyond, but Watermark did just that. Their team members were all highly professional, and the property was clean and well-organized at the end of each shift. I was particularly impressed with Justin, the team leader, who was incredibly easy to work with, communicated effectively, and was fully committed to ensuring my complete satisfaction.

The Watermark crew's work ethic was also noteworthy, often working late into the night to meet our deadlines. Their willingness to meet with me early in the mornings, late in the day, and even on weekends to accommodate my schedule was so appreciated. They always took the time to listen carefully and understand my expectations, making sure every detail was right.

Although I don't write many reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience with Watermark. Their personal commitment to my project's success and the end product was exceptional. The quality of the hardscape masonry and stonework was outstanding, and we especially loved the creative details they recommended, such as the lighting package.

Watermark's price was competitive when they proposed the work, and as we went through the project, I was impressed with the extra work they did without any increase in price. I believe we truly got a deal on our project.

Our final product is beyond what we could have ever imagined, and our friends and neighbors love it just as much as we do. I wholeheartedly recommend Watermark to anyone considering working with them in the future.

I found Watermark Landscapes via an internet search and emailed Greg right away after seeing photos of their work. Greg was very quick to respond and shared some great ideas he had for our project. He sent me several color renderings (each time I made a change) and a detailed pricing breakdown which was unexpected and appreciated so we were aligned and there were no surprises. His crew was fantastic and completed our job in the timeframe promised. Greg came by multiple times the first few weeks post job to ensure the irrigation was running smoothly and to see if we had any questions or further needs. I highly recommend Watermark Landscapes for their high quality, professional work and because they truly care about their customers!

Decided to redo my front yard - new sprinkler system, new sod, and new plantings - and also needed to replace a damaged valve on the sprinkler system in our back yard. Called around to get quotes from a number of contractors. Omni was not the cheapest, but they were the most responsive and seemed the most professional so we chose them. David Cohen did our estimate, and he was very thorough and very happy to talk over all of the details with us.

In the time between accepting their bid and the start of work, David put together a list and suggested layout of the plantings. He did not mind at all when we went back and forth several times until we got exactly what we wanted. He also sent someone out to fix the back yard valve ahead of the scheduled work for the front yard.

The crew that did the work on the front yard was very professional, finished the job on schedule, and gave us a new front yard that looks great.

I would happily hire Omni again because they really did treat me with respect and really gave me the impression that their main priority was to make me - the customer - happy.

Andrew with Omni designed the sprinkler system and landscaping at my rental property. He worked with me to incorporate the design elements I wanted while keeping the price reasonable. He worked me in to the schedule much earlier in the summer than we had originally anticipated. The work was done on schedule and looks great. The guarantees on workmanship and parts is excellent. I'll likely continue to work with them for annual maintenance.

Just had Omni come out and do some sprinkler work and am having them back in May to do some more landscaping work. They are great and reasonable, have been working with William Walker on this project and he is a great guy to work with. I have been extremely satisfied with the work and ideas he has put forward. I would recommend this company.

Great service! I'm so happy we found Omni! We had our entire sprinkler system redone and they were in and out in less than a week! Just in time for spring! My grass has never looked better. Their prices were inline with the other quotes we received. I can't say enough good things about Omni, heartily recommend their services.

I have used Omni for several years. In fact before "Omni" when they were part of Deans. They have always been fair in their treatment of me. I continue to use them primarily for shutting off my extensive sprinkler system and for any needed repairs. They are always on time and perform careful work which they complete promptly. On the most recent call for repairs, they quickly diagnosed the root problem which had shut off one head and cut one root. (the tree is doing well) Last year the tech was new to me so I showed him how to work my system. This year he returned again and this made it even easier. I will continue to use them and I find the office personnel are friendly and helpful also.

Just got done having sprinkler installed and cement patio poured. They did a great job. All the crews worked really hard and did a great job making sure I was happy with everything. Doug was great to work with, and made sure I could get maximum amount of work in a tight budget.
Would recommend this company to anyone. Very honest and good to work with.

My husband and I just moved into our first house this year. We lived in apartments prior so we never had to deal with sprinkler systems and didn’t have the first clue how to repair ours when it stopped working. We found Omni online and they really were amazing. They sent someone out quickly and they had our system running in no time at all. A+ service.

We moved into our new house less than one year ago, and the yard needs a ton of work. The sprinkler system was all mixed up, and the Omni team came out right away last summer to check out the entire system and get it up and running properly. We had them out again this spring to turn on the system and check all the zones. They replaced a couple heads and got the system working exactly how we wanted/expected. The technicians they employ are experts in their field, very polite, and a pleasure to work with. Their follow up and general customer service is extraordinary, and Omni will always be our first choice and first recommendation for sprinkler and landscaping services.

We are happy with how Omni planned and installed our backyard landscape project for our new home. Doug is very responsive, professional, and coordinates well between the office and working crew. Manuel is very professional, knowledgeable, and works well with his crew to get the job done.

Omni promptly responded to our request for a sprinkler system install estimate. During our initial meeting, I was provided with several options at different prices. They fully explained the components to be used. Once I decided which way to go, Omni was able to schedule the installation quickly, during a period of somewhat nice weather.

The equipment they use to pull the underground line disturbs the soil and existing grass as little as possible (no huge trenches, though there are obviously some unavoidable signs of grass trauma). They took only 3 days to complete a full install on a 1/3 acre lot, including some additional landscaping we requested. They gave me a brief tutorial on how it worked, then offered to come back to start it up when the weather warmed up (which they did this week). They provided a hand-drawn layout of the sprinkler heads, and followed up with a computer generated layout, which was much clearer.

We've only fired it up one morning, as we couldn't wait to see it in action, but it appeared to work great. The control box is located in our garage and is pretty user friendly. All of the heads (rotary and pop-up) work great and supply excellent coverage. As with any contractor, you may find some construction debris floating around, but they did an acceptable job with cleanup. I also like that all of the trucks at my house were labelled with the company logo. It looked more professional than having 8 random cars with subcontractors.

When I called with questions, I received a response as promptly as is reasonable. We are thinking of having a paver patio installed in the future and will look to Omni first.

We had a crack in a pipe in the sprinkler valve box. We told them that when we called and they said it will be $85 to come out and that includes one hour of work but parts are extra. Turns out in the hours the guy was here no progress was made and they need to come back another day to try and fix it and charge an additional fee for the second trip. Seriously, for the $170 they want to charge me for the first visit I would expect something to have been done. The tech was nice but I don't think he knew what he was doing at all. We called other companies after hearing omni needed to come back, and charge another fee for just showing up, and the multiple other places were able to assess over the phone the whole thing likely needs to be replaced but they will come give us a free quote. (Omni did not give a free quote, just sent someone to start charging us.) The other quotes came in and the whole replacement is similar in cost to what omni is trying to charge to replace a pipe that apparently can't be replaced. The other companies all said the same thing. The work omni "did" by messing with the cracked pipe got dirt into the system, ended up cross threading the pipes they were messing with, and the fix they were trying for was not possible. At least, it wouldn't hold for long. Absolutely terrible experience, despite the tech with Omni actually seeming like a nice guy who was trying. He just didn't have any idea what he was doing and Omni didn't care enough to assess the issue to make sure they sent someone prepared.

I can't speak to their landscaping services but for sprinklers go with anyone else.

Update:
I added a star because Omni did reach out to me to try and make the situation right, which I appreciated. They ended up not charging me for the lack of work and offered to come give an estimate for the work with the senior tech and owner, which showed they did want to make it right. Unfortunately the timing availability didn't work out for us to have them come back (our grass needed a very quick fix) but the owner was willing to try and work it out with me.

I have nothing but good things to say about Omni. I had a dirt backyard from a new build home and with 5 bids from landscapers, Omni was the only one to offer a solution to our problem. The staff at Omni are incredibly responsive, easy to work with, did a great job at a fair price and completed our job ahead of schedule! I recommend them to all of my friends and family with landscaping needs. Thank you Omni for creating a backyard for our family to play in!

We loved working with Calvin, who has been there for over 25 years. They did an amazing job at a fair price. They guarantee their work and finish the jobs exactly in the timeline (or faster) they estimated. The grass they provide is a hardy Colorado blend grown to handle our climate and intense sunshine and it’s beautiful. We are very pleased with Omni and highly recommend them.

Omni Sprinkler Company did an outstanding job installing my sprinklers. It was quick, professional and left my yard in great condition. The estimate had several opinions so I could pick the best system to meet my needs.Eliot was the crew foreman and worked with me all during the installation. As a retired mechanical engineer, I knew roughly what I wanted and with Dean and Eliot, I have an outstanding sprinkler system, which at times will be managed from another state.
