After the tornado, Troy and his crew were very timely and price competitive in removing trees and stumps. Also, we have been very impressed with their snow removal, sprinkler repair, tree and shrub trimming. I used Watermark Landscape & Design on a large 1 acre project and am highly disappointed with the quality, workmanship and level of service. This was a large $150,000+ plus project and so many corners were cut just to get it done and paid without actually doing a quality job that they can be proud of.

I had to have certain things redone 3 times and it's still not right. Then magically the warranty is over when it was never right to begin with.

It was a lot of bait and switch on what was promised vs. what was delivered. The worst of it was major irrigation floods, wrong heads put on each sprinkler that caused entire yard to die, didn't put fabric or road base under any of the rock and so much more. They try and come off as very high end but in fact don't seem to care about anything but the check. I would use anybody but them in Colorado. They are a spinoff of Designs by Sundown without any of the quality or workmanship. Not Impressed and happy to discuss with anyone looking to use them.

My girlfriend and I had landscaping work done from Watermark Landscape and it was the best decision we have ever made. Attention to detail, respectful employees, beautiful work, you name it. Strongly recommend this company and we will be working with them for years to come.

My husband and I have used Watermark for over 5 years now. We have completed large installations of trees, earth moving and planting, as well as used their year round service for maintenance. We could not be happier. The team is always kind , hard working and courteous. We recently had a large amount of tree damage during a summer snow storm. The owner of the company was driving by surveying damage and saw my husband and I out in the yard with a chainsaw, trying to clear the dangerous branches. He stopped, grabbed his chainsaw from his truck and jumped in alongside us to help for a few hours - all on a Saturday morning. This is why I love supporting independently owned companies and getting the chance to know the great people who comprise them. We feel like Watermark is part of our home.

We have had Watermark build several projects for our design firm for the last 10 years ranging in size from $50k-$1M +. We know we’ll always get great collaboration, quality and they will take care of our clients the way we do during the design process. They are communicative, honest and always look out for our clients best interest. Could not recommend this company more.
