My husband and I are so happy with our new paver stone patio, paver walkway and retention wall! Calvin was wonderful to work with and his excellent crew completed our project exactly to our specifications and design. The crew worked fast while always being pleasant and courteous. Everything was done in less time than expected. Highly recommend!

We've had consistently good experiences with Omni. When they installed our sprinkler system we could barely tell anything had changed in the yard. The heads have held up well, needing no adjustment so far in the past three years. We have a large yard for being in the city, yet our water bill is very reasonable with this system. The technicians are friendly and happy to answer questions. Definitely recommend 'em!

When we were initially getting quotes for our backyard Omni was by far the most responsive, attentive, and accommodating to our needs. They helped us create a vision for our space and patiently tweaked it a few times throughout the process. Our project started on time and communication was great. We’ll be calling Omni when we’re ready to tackle our next project and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to family and friends!

I hired Omni to install a new sprinkler system in my backyard. The quote they gave was very reasonable, and the experience from estimate to job completion was very satisfactory. The installation team was incredibly professional and accommodating, and their work was fast and efficient. My lawn looks beautiful! I'm very happy that I chose to go with Omni.

Omni Sprinkler has been great to work with for me and my lawn year round. They were very competitive on pricing for the sprinkler blowout last October, were on time, and attentive to doing a quality job. When I had issues with my backflow preventer a few weeks ago due to some old internal components, they sent a helpful rep out to fix the issue and get me quickly squared away. They also installed my 16 zone sprinkler system in 2017 under prior homeowners, which is how I first learned of the company. Glad I did, and I’d highly recommend for all sprinkler needs based on my experience. My system still runs flawlessly years later thanks to their original install and service.

Omni worked with us 2 years ago. We wanted to have sprinklers installed on two sections of our property, a fairly large paver stone patio, a water feature, stairs going from our side yard to front garden and a pathway to the back area. We are on a well which required some extra work to connect to the system. Their quote for the job was higher then we anticipated but they worked with us to make it more affordable without having to compromise too much on what we wanted. It was a hard job on hard and uneven ground and they did a great job. Some “glitches” along the way were taken care of right away and to our satisfaction. Since installation we have had three seasonal turn ons and two turn offs that happened without a hitch. They let me ask as many questions as I wanted and always had a good response in explaining their work and why they were doing it. We had other vendors give us bids but we really liked the Omni people and how they related to us. We will use them for our downstairs patio installation next spring. Everything doesn’t go perfect when having these type of jobs done but Omni did provide us with good service and took care of the issues. The products they used are good and appear to be holding out most satisfactorily.

Omni has been great with our sprinkler system! We got a new system installed 3 years ago and they have been great with our turn on's and blow outs each year. This week I needed some heads replaced and a leak fixed and the guy that came out was very knowledgeable and fixed it. I signed up for the service plan and scheduled my blow out with the office. Would def recommend them!

As a recent widow I was suddenly having to deal with sprinklers that were having issues (leak, not popping up, and coverage). All things my husband would have handled. I had a great experience with Omni. Quick, efficient, solved all my issues and were very reasonable. Definitely will use them in the future. My son called Juan the “leak whisperer “

Doug and his landscaping team at Omni transformed our small backyard into a lovely oasis. The design elements maximized our space and the team readily accepted our input for what we were looking to create and made suggestions we would never have considered. Manuel and his hard-working crew paid close attention to details and were thorough in carrying out the plan. As adjustments became necessary, Manuel walked us through the options and provided valuable feedback and ideas. We appreciated their communication throughout the project.
Many of our neighbors have commented how much they like the project and want to do something similar with their backyards. When people ask about our landscaping, we tell them about our positive experience with Omni and should we look to do landscaping projects in the future, they will be our first call.

We would normally never post a review, but we felt it was warranted here as it might warn future consumers about how little Omni cares about professionalism. I called Omni personally, before sending over a handful of sprinkler repair work orders (you know, business for them, what I assumed they answer their phones for), and they confirmed they would handle the business. 5 days later, our tenants had not heard from them, so I called Omni again and the response was "I spoke with my supervisor and this is not something we can do." No explanation, no phone call, no email, just complete disregard for the promise they had made. They left multiple tenants completely hanging after committing to taking on the business. We are extremely disappointed with this level of professionalism and we will not be using these guys with our over 500 doors-and growing-portfolio of residential properties.

We had a very positive experience with David and his crew from Omni. David helped us to design an irrigation system to meet our needs and our budget and was very helpful when our budget changed and we needed to regroup. He was very available for questions and made sure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. Omni was recommended to us by a colleague who had a positive experience and we have already recommended them to others.

The crew that completed the installation seemed competent and professional.

We have not yet used the sprinkler system yet due to the wet spring, but will update the review once we have it up and running.

Omni did a beautiful job on our landscaping project! Our backyard is beautiful. We lost a couple of Evergreen trees over the winter. They honored their guarantee and the trees have been replaced and look wonderful. Highly, highly recommend. Professional, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant.

Omni did an awesome job on our fences! Both look amazing! Plus, they were a great price! Definitely worth it! Very professional results, and very professionally mannered as well, they were very kind, and very helpful!

Omni Sprinkler Service installed a sprinkler system for our front yard and they did a wonderful job. From call to estimate to installation our sales rep was highly responsive. The installation was very professional and there was no damage to our existing lawn. They even helped me set up the panel before they left. They wanted to make sure I understood everything. I’m very happy with my choice to use them. Highly recommended!!

We were extremely impressed with Omni Sprinkler and Landscaping, and the work they did for us. Everyone was here on time, and they worked hard for the entire day. They were pleasant to work with and checked details with us as they worked. The supervisor was here as they began their work, and checked in during the day, and again the following day to be sure the work was completed as designated. We will definitely use Omni again, and highly recommend them to others. Their "attention to detail" throughout the entire process was admirable!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. Our sprinkler system was old and beyond repair. Doug came out and gave a quote. He was amazing to answer all of my questions, spent lots of time with me explaining the process and needs of my yard. I received a quote and I changed a few things, which Doug was happy to accommodate. I paid a 10% deposit and was placed on the schedule in six weeks time. Everything worked like a well oiled machine. They were always on time. Manuel was my crew leader for the install and it took three days for a sprinkler system and backyard sod. I cannot tell you how hard this crew worked! They were amazing and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Omni is extremely organized (setting up the locates with all of the utility vendors the day prior, delivering a portable bathroom for their crew and was promptly replaced once and removed when no longer needed). Our sprinkler system is beyond my expectations and works great. The day after completion, i decided to buy new plants in an area and called to ask if I could extend my drip system. Someone came out a few days later and completed this (I think it was Eric) who was professional, quick and super helpful. This company is amazing and highly recommended. An additional shout out to the office employees with scheduling, question answering and setting up for my install. Great company all around.

We originally contacted Doug/Omni after receiving a great recommendation from our local landscape supply store. We originally brought Doug out to quote installing an irrigation system as we transitioned our backyard from xeriscape to grass. We maintained upon meeting that we wanted to mostly DIY the project. We contacted a few other companies, but no one had the confidence and expertise that Doug embodied. We could tell from the initial quoting/estimating that Omni/Doug knew what they were doing, were fairly and competitively priced, and completely knowledgeable about what was needed and best to complete this project and ensure proper watering of our new backyard. This was our first big project as homeowners, and he helped us understand why things cost what they do and help ease any anxiety we had. Lesson learned…landscaping cost more than you think! We were sold, and quickly signed on with Omni for the project. Where Omni shined and went above and beyond is when we changed our mind the morning of the start of the project. Upon finishing the demo of our yard the Sunday before their start date, we realized we had to take way more dirt out to get all the rocks out. We completely messed up the grade of the yard and we were concerned if we didn’t properly grade or backfill, we could cause issues and damage to our foundation. We made the decision to get Omni to do the yard. We called Omni probably 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to tell them we would like them to do the grading, topsoil, and sod. We explained the situation. Doug and the team were super understanding of this change, and immediately contacted the team who would be doing our project. We were sent a new proposal quickly with the updates and costs. Everything was straightforward. I assumed they were going to have to reschedule us to adapt to these changes, but they did not. They were nimble and responsive and kept everything on schedule. They started and finished on time and on budget despite the changes and added work. Top quality work, too. They did not compromise quality of the work. Talk about professionalism. We couldn’t believe it. The team working was so kind and friendly. They were easy to communicate with and work alongside us as we finished up some of the thing that we were still doing ourselves. We have more landscaping projects in the future, and we will continue to work with Omni when the time comes for these projects.

Scope of work was to move 5 heads and add 6. Everything was explained with a printed diagram and marked with flags. When the job was done I was surprised to see they had swapped out all my nozzles for a different system, removed a head I needed, and added a head to a zone I asked to have capped off. All liberties taken with no prior discussion or notice and charged more than had been agreed to. The tech mixed 0.4" and 0.6" per hour nozzles on the same zone, left nozzles overspraying all over my walkways, and refused to do what I had originally asked him to do. He couldn't even give me all my original nozzles back as he destroyed them. The zone will take a lot of rework now to get it right. Completely unprofessional and clueless.

Doug and Manuel were very helpful and went above and beyond for me. We had a buried shutoff valve that two other sprinkler companies could not find. Manuel found it in a few minutes!

Amazing work, couldn’t be happier with the services.

I put myself on a yearly plan with Omni and it's been great. Big peace of mind that I'm scheduled into everything. Omni is quick to respond to service requests for line breaks or additional heads or any other repairs. They keep their work truck stocked with parts, so even if an issue issomething big, they will take cqre of it quickly and without concern, and price is always a little less than I expect. They properly tamp down sod that's pulled up during the repair process. They leave the yard clean and free of debris. Their technicians know exactly what they're doing and what needs to be done, but be a good customer and show them exactly where the issues are.

Doug and his crew did a great job on our yard. He was careful to give us the products we really wanted and double checked before installing our rock. The clean-up at the end of the job was thorough and professional. I will definitely use Omni again and would recommend them to anyone.
