I’ve used Omni for 6 yrs for sprinkler installation and in 2022 used them for significant landscaping work. It’s the most disappointing service experience I’ve had. If you’re thinking about making an investment in landscaping, use someone else.

The designer Calvin created a design that couldn’t be executed professionally. The time frame for the job was extended 3x what I was originally told. I had to have worked ripped out and redone because it was done poorly. I had to ask for workers to come back out 3 times to complete the job, it’s still not done and I’ve given up. Absolutely no pride in work done and no ambition from the company to communicate or provide even tepid customer service.

The crews needed constant supervision to execute against the design - don’t expect that managers will be there to do that job, it will fall on you.

Update for 2024– all trees they planted died within 8 months. I alerted them, they came out and told me the trees were not dead. They are. I had to pay to get them replaced by someone else and guess what… they didn’t remove the cages from the trees. See photo, do not trust Omni for landscaping or trees.

I have to share my great review about this company. I have a pump system that not many people can service. My last sprinkler company was called Colorado Sprinkler services as well as Nation Scapes. They're both the worst company's I've ever dealt with and thats saying something.
Oscar from Omni Pro came in at the beginning of the season and fixed everything. Then I needed some zone work on some specific heads and Oscar came back out and fixed an issue that no other company has fixed in 4 years. Oscar is the man

I am extremely satisfied with the work that Omni did in our back yard. We had a major renovation to our back patio. The crew was very professional, and finished the project within the initially estimated time frame. The price they quote is the price I paid, and it was very reasonable. I would definitely (and have been) recommend Omni to anyone looking for landscaping work

Omni replaced my stop and waste valve and backflow. The guys did a great job of being on time and completing job quickly and efficiently. I would use Omni again!

Omni sent Roger out to fix all the issues with the sprinklers and he did a fantastic job. The people handling the calls at the office were also very helpful and I am a satisfied customer!

This is the second time that we have used Omni for a landscaping project. This one was much larger than the first and an incredibly important job for us given the size and scope. Our home had been rented for the past decade and our back yard was not in good shape. Dead grass, a NIGHTMARE of a broken sprinkler system, cheap and broken edging all over. We hired Omni again for this job as they did such a great job for us the first time and we trusted them. Doug with Omni was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made multiple adjustments to our plans and even needed to completely redesign our project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end. He was always understanding and patient with us.

We now have space that we are proud of. Our back yard will be where our kids will grow up, where memories with family and friends will be made, and relaxing mornings and evenings. We are in LOVE. Thank you Doug and Omni.

Dean and crew were great! Very patient with us, offered lots of suggestions. The design allows us to add plants in the future. The equipment and man hours required justified cost of the project,

Waited over a month for a quote from a competitor and never received it. Doug had a quote and detailed drawing in my hands within a day or two. We wanted to turn a stone filled, steeply inclined, back yard in to something we could enjoy with our two dogs. The crew worked hard despite some pretty nasty, cold weather and finished our project in no time. They installed a retaining wall, a concrete deck, artificial turf, and relocated the irrigation system, all at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend Omni!

I can't say enough good things about Omni, including the owners Doug and Dale, staff Shauna and Casey, designer Calvin, and project manager Roger. What a great team! The landscape transformation from weeds to flowing rock on my very tired rental property lawn is nothing short of miraculous.
Communication is great, and employees are knowledgable and efficient. Price is fair and the finished product is remarkable.
I highly recommend Omni for landscaping and also sprinkler installation, servicing and repair.
I will continue to use them for my sprinkler needs and for any future landscape projects.

We love our yard. Omni helped us create a beautiful plan for two smaller outdoor spaces. Regulo, Juan, and Luis worked tirelessly and responded to our questions and observations with professionalism. Manuel offered great oversight and Doug responded to our thoughts along the way. I appreciate the integrity of Omni and their commitment to excellence. We love the backyard landscaping that Omni did for us! Calvin was instrumental in helping us figure out the design for our sloped yard, in a way that perfectly met our needs. The crew was very experienced, consistent, and diligent in every aspect. Calvin, Dean, Doug, and Manuel were on site at different phases of the project, coordinating the work being done, and perfecting the details. Very happy, and highly recommend!

Doug and his crew were prompted and professional. Doug came out and gave me what i feel was a great estimate for the work i need done. I needed my paver patio repaired due to the foundation was starting to sag and separate in spots. I also need a spot cleared for a future BBQ pit. Doug understood my request and his guy's Juan's crew made it happen. I plan on working with Omni in the spring on a couple of projects. I would recommend them if you want a fair price and quality work Doug and crew are the best choice for the job.

Omni Sprinkler Service and Landscaping laid all new sod, rock borders and installed a new sprinkler system for me. I had gotten a couple of estimates and Omni was by far the most reasonable. Doug came to my home and gave me an estimate to do my backyard. I then decided I wanted to do my whole yard and add the rock. They were very flexible and worked everything in. They were great to work with. I was very impressed with all the employees and how fast they got the work done. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Omni was a pleasure to work with . They were willing to take our vision ( with a small backyard ) and turn it into a beautiful looking big backyard. They did an amazing job with a small space. They added to our front yard and made the brick planter look like it was an original part of the house. Their crew was so hard working and worked daily with us to make adjustments if needed. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We were looking for a tool kit that we found online and we couldn’t locate in the store so we asked somebody for help. His name was Mr. Jim and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The tool kits were on the very top rack so he had to go get the forklift to bring them down. He unpacked them for us and we got what we needed. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

I always buy more than I go in for. They have everything from lawn and garden to home repairs and I always find something new.

So much better than Lowe's right down the street. Staff could be a little bit more helpful, but great store overall.

Zero stars. Placed an online order 24 hours ago. Order was not ready when I arrived. An employee went to.pull the order and never came back. It was clear to me there was no sense of urgency.

Of all the Home Depos in the south side of town, this one is my least favorite. The service is lagging behind all the others. Lowes is just across the street and they are much more accomodating.

I have rentals and this is the first place I check out. I must be asked by each person wearing an orange apron if they can help me. (at least 4 or 5 times each visit.) Sometimes I buy 4 or 5 items because I'm not sure which is preferred by my workers, I can always return what isn't needed. So much easier than running back and forth to the store. I buy appliances, tools, garden blocks and mulch and so much more. My go-to place!

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff and prices beat Lowe's across thpe street. Even if they didn't, beat Lowe's prices, I would still come to this Home Depot. That's how important customer service is to me and my family.
