So pleased with Blue Spruce! Our heat went out on a very cold morning and Jeff quickly responded to fix the issue. We needed additional services and Adam was awesome, too! Excited to find an excellent, local HVAC company that demonstrates excellence in all aspects of their service.

Blue Spruce did a phenomenal job installing our new boiler and water heaters. They were prompt, kind, and informative. 110% would use these services again!

I typically do not write reviews. In fact, this is my first. Having said that, I think this company deserves to be recognized. They are wonderful!! They are honest, trustworthy, straightforward and good at what they do. My experience with Blue Spruce has been fabulous from start to finish. They installed a new HVAC system and made sure I was comfortable with all decisions made along the way.
They are so patient, courteous and kind. They are quick to respond, and I feel they truly care about their customers. That goes a long way in my book.

See a lot of negative reviews here on Next Door…. Let me say as most of you know it is extremely hard to find not only good but honest companies. I recently had issues with my Air conditioning and as heat is coming on I hoped to find a good company to help me. I found Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling here a small company, Not the big Orange Trucks!!!! Jeff came out to my house on the appointment window, and within minutes he had my A/C up and running. I am keeping Blue Spruce’s card for all my future needs and would recommend this company when you need good quality and reasonable rates. (Five Star )

Blue Spruce is amazing from the office to the install to the tech and repair. Highly recommended calling for any HVAC need. Incredibly fair and competitive pricing from our experience. But more importantly- their customer service and knowledge puts them over the top.

I have seen blue spruce servicing many of my neighbors, so after hearing good things I decided to call them for the HVAC. They visited about 1.5 years ago and serviced our unit, then came back today to check it out as it had stopped blowing cool air. Both experiences were great!
Jeff was in and out in about 40 minutes. He had the part that needed to be replaced and had it swapped out super quick! Great customer service and fair pricing/warranties as well!

They were thorough and honest. No upsetting or trying to get me to do something that was not needed. Provided valuable insight in replacing equipment that was way past EOL. They came for a full furnace maintenance prior to winter.

Adam was wonderful! He’s thorough, attentive to detail, and solution focused. He helped inform me of issues, causes, and what to look for after fixing our AC problems. We will definitely be using Blue Spruce for all of our home needs and repairs.

We are very happy with the service from Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling. We called for a quote on Wednesday, and they had a replacement AC unit installed by Saturday morning. Their price was well below the other quotes we received. They were efficient and timely and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended.

This is the HVAC company you’re looking for. The service call fee is reasonable and 100% worth paying. You can have someone come out for free to try and sell you something you don’t need, but I’d rather compensate someone fairly for their time and properly diagnose the problem. I’m not an easy customer to impress, but I was impressed by Adam. Thorough, honest, straightforward, easygoing, knowledgeable, genuine, professional - everything you want from an AC contractor. Feel free to get multiple opinions, just make sure Blue Spruce is one of them. You won’t regret it.

I hired blue spruce recently to install a new heat pump mini split system in place of the old one. The estimate from Blue Spruce came in significantly lower than the other three contractors I got quotes from. The crew was extremely professional and polite and I am extremely happy with the install!! They worked with me on where I wanted the inside heads, and the routing on the outside is extremely tidy and professional. Could not have turned out better!!!

This is the second time I have Adam as a technician.He is very polite, thorough and communicates issues in a very straight forward manner. He is knowledgeable and knows what problems to look for, he is a person one can trust .

I am very happy with Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling. Our AC broke and they sent a technician the same day and were able to replace the part the very next day. Very appreciated! I thought their price was very fair and the technician didn't pressure me to buy a whole new system, but fairly pointed out some wear and tear. They cleaned our furnace as well and showed me pictures of everything before and after. Excellent business!!!

A very honest and professional company. Very good at what they do and are very reasonable in pricing. Needed static pressure reduced due to their installation of a new Trane high efficiency furnace. Problem solved in one service visit. Very satisfied!
