Kaleb is a breath of fresh air. My gut says he is trustworthy and a good person who will tell me the truth and not prey on my lack of knowledge to sell me things I don't need. I am so happy I went with High Road plumbing and will continue to do so for my plumbing needs.

I hired High Road Plumbing to install a new water heater in my house. Kaleb was excellent to work with. He's super friendly and professional. He gave me a simple, straight quote, without a bunch of confusing upsells or anything like that. When he came out to install it, he was on-time, efficient and did a very nice job. All around the best plumber experience I've had!

Kaleb came the same day, on a Sunday afternoon, to help with a sudden leak. He was awesome, fixed the issue, and had great communication! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done. We were so impressed, we are already thinking of other projects he can help us with. Thank you, Kaleb!!!!

Kaleb at High Road Plumbing has done multiple projects in our home, and every time he’s been excellent. He personally installed our whole-house water filter, water softener, and handled extensive custom work on our exterior sump pump.

The sump project required close coordination with our electrician, and Kaleb worked seamlessly with Lee at AMP Electric to make sure everything came together. It wasn’t a simple install — it required real problem-solving — and they delivered.

Kaleb is professional, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in doing things correctly. We now have a sump system that actually works, and I have complete confidence in the work that was done.

We used BlackWater Sewer and Drain when we had a toilet backing up late at night. All the plumbers that answered would not come out until the following day, and they would not give me any sort of estimate on pricing. When we found BlackWater, we were surprised to see they had their prices clearly listed on their website, as well as 24/7 services. No one else would give us a price on the phone. We gave them a call and Grant was out at our place within an hour! He had our line unclogged in no time, and we haven't had anymore backups! Even though their website says they charge for a minimum of two hours after 6pm, Grant gave us a discount since he was only there for a little under an hour. I won't use anyone else for drain cleaning or plumbing after our amazing experience with Grant.
