Josh arrived quickly and was very professional. He explained exactly what he recommended to clear our backed up line and solved the problem. He also contacted a coworker for cost estimates if additional repairs are required. I’ll call these folks again.

I don't leave reviews often, but it is worth my time when I do. I can’t say enough great things about Pablo and Robert (a.k.a. Mario and Luigi) at Roter-Rooter and their team! They recently replaced and repaired my old, broken cast iron pipes, and the experience was exceptional. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from the moment they arrived. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable with the work.

The team worked diligently to remove the broken pipes and install a new, reliable system while keeping my home as clean and undisturbed as possible. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were outstanding, and they clearly take pride in their work. They did a fantastic job of keeping the area that needed jackhammering to a minimum. I was expecting they to need to dig up a much larger area. Thanks to their expertise, what could have been a stressful and overwhelming repair was made smooth and hassle-free.

I had a plumbing issue. I called Roto-Rooter and received top notch service on the same day from their technician, Marcus Lee Harding. He ensured I wasn't paying for services that I didn't need and he is the kind of tech every establishment should want to ensure repeat business.

The 5 stars is for our technician Stephan L. He did a fantastic job with our fix - explained clearly about what happened and how we can prevent faster wear and tear of our new garbage disposal down the line.

Not as happy with the overall dispatch/communication from company. We initially had an appt for the day before and kept getting texts from their dispatch line saying there was a delay, with no other explanation. We ended up wasting almost our whole Sunday waiting on a tech, where I would’ve preferred for them to communicate they were short staffed and offer to reschedule instead.

Thought we might have been experiencing a mainline back up. Daryn came out the same day on a weekend. Very professional and courteous. Handled the situation quickly. Thankfully it wasn't a serious issue. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. I will be using them moving forward for all my plumbing/ drain cleaning needs. Highly recommended ✔️

Waldo really did me a solid. I called Roto-Rooter for help with a toilet issue, installed with a counter over it so I couldn't reach anything. I half expected he would quote us something huge for replacing the entire toilet or having to take the counter off the wall. Instead he patiently showed me how to properly take the tank off the back. I was able to fix the flapper valve myself and put everything back together, and the kids got their bathroom toilet back. He was very polite and respectful despite dealing with this home improvement impaired homeowner, explained things well and politely, and in and out in a flash. Will definitely be calling them for my next plumbing need.

Camden did a great job fixing a pretty complicated and recurring clog issue. Explained everything very clearly and was really easy to work with. Additionally, getting on the schedule was quick and convenient. Highly recommend these guys!

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Kelly of Roto-Rooter. Our sewer line was backed-up when we called for weeknight service to fix the problem. Kelly arrived promptly and was very friendly and engaging. He quickly diagnosed the issue and identified that it was just a simple clogged toilet (the sewer line was clear). He quickly addressed the issue and got things flowing properly very quickly. This saved us a ton of money since a more costly procedure wasn't necessary. He didn't just leave at that point, but double-checked a clean-out in the cellar to make sure the problem was absolutely corrected. He also provided some valuable advise on our sewer system/plumbing that would help us in the future. In an age when there are so many fly by night contractors and services out there, it's nice to know there are competent and caring companies still with the integrity you need at times like this. Roto-Rooter is our new go-to for any plumbing related issues. Thanks Kelly!

Very responsive and professional service. My kitchen sinks clogged and backed up Christmas Eve. I called Roto-Rooter Christmas Day and Kelly Malavasic showed up within 2hrs and cleaned the lines and we were up and running for Christmas dinner. My 20ft homeowner snake didn’t work so I called the professional and he cleared the lines 60ft. Kelly was very polite, professional, and explained everything that was done. The service was costlier than I would have liked, but you really do get what you pay for. Would recommend to anyone in a pinch, but if you are extremely budget constrained make sure you understand the cost. Even regarding the cost Kelly pointed me to some online coupons I was able to use to help. Overall great service and I would recommend to anyone.

I had a clog in the middle of the night somewhere between my kitchen sink and my main sewer line. My sinks overflowed and my kitchen and laundry room filled with water. I scheduled an online appointment and Daryn was here right on time. Took his time to power snake the entire drain all the way out to my septic. He also helped in scheduling a visual inspection to ensure that the line is in good condition or may need repairs in the future. I highly recommend these guys. They were awesome.

We had Joshua Aguirre as our technician, and I can’t speak highly enough about him. He was very professional and kind and was able to quickly fix a major issue we had with our kitchen sink plumbing as well as get us connected with additional services quickly for some water damage that had resulted from what he came out to fix. Can’t speak highly enough about our experience with him and his team! Everything was very fairly priced as well!! Highly recommend!

Camden Smith came yesterday and did an excellent job unclogging my disposal. He was very nice and friendly and it took him no time at all and was so prompt.

Hector was dispatched out to the apartment homes I help manage within a couple hours of reporting the issue. He communicated effectively throughout the entire process and was able to clear the backup quickly. He went above and beyond and I was grateful to have his help today. Residents were also pleased with roto's prompt response. This is not the first time they've helped us in a pinch and I'm sure it won't be the last!

From the second I called them I got an immediate response! I was unable to make my first scheduled time and they hassle free re-scheduled a second technician to come out at a later time the same day! Mind you it was already 4:30pm. Second technician showed up on time, not one second later and quickly got a run down of my situation and gave me a step to step run down of his proposed service. I was in a tight situation financially with the price that he first quoted me but he quickly offered to call his office and adjust my price , they tremendously went above and beyond for me. I called Roto-Rooter on a recent Sunday as a main sewer line backup was going to wreck our Monday morning, getting everyone out of the house for school and work. No additional fee for a Sunday, no diagnostic fee, no roll charge. Awesome!

Good communication from dispatch and the truck arrived in the designated window. Marcus and Kaiden were amazing. They gave me the price up front and got right to work. There were some challenges clearing the line, which is always a worry when your house is nearly 100 years old with the original clay main line.

A field manager with a camera was summoned and he arrived promptly. With some additional info on the clog from the camera, they got back after it, working it from two separate exterior clean outs. When the clog cleared they were as excited as I was!

The team was thorough and stayed until the job was done right, including cleaning up after themselves. They even ran my kitchen drain for no additional charge because they wanted me to be happy and satisfied. I already was, but that was the cherry on top. I paid the originally quoted price.

I will definitely use Rotor-Rooter again when the need arises. I highly recommend them.
