Called Roto-Rooter late on a Saturday night for an emergency bathtub unclogging. Saso arrived promptly, was very professional, courteous, and solved the issue very efficiently. Would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and Saso. Great service!

They arrived earlier then the two hour window. Super helpful in laying out the options for repairs. Stayed well inside what they told us the cost would be. Great conversation with them which helped clam us down in an already stressful situation. 100% would recommend to family.

Saso and De Angelo replaced the cracked clean out at the price promised. Looks great with no notable mess. It was quick. Friendly, professional and conveyed their apologies that this had even had even happened to a homeowner.

Josh was my plumber and he was simply amazing. I had to get my main drain cleaned, it was flooding my laundry room when we did a load. Called roto rooter late at night, and had a schedule for 8am. All in all it was a pleasant experience during a frustrating and stressful situation.

We had an emergency happen on Sunday night and Faras came, unclogged our line and left within a short amount of time!! We were beyond happy to use our bathrooms and kitchen sink once he left!! Faras was super professional and really helped our family out of a tough spot when we haven’t been in our house very long!! 10/10 would recommend!!! Request Faras for sure. He is a family man who will get the job done!!!

Service Technician Kelly Malavasic was INCREDIBLE. Friendly, professional, and described his procedure well. Because he didn't have to use his roto rooter snake, able to remove the blockage by hand, he didn't charge me. Even double checked two other drains to ensure good flow. I'll be sure to only use Roto Rooter. Services Company in the future.

The service technician was excellent—prompt, professional, and very helpful. He arrived right away and took care of the issue efficiently. However, I was quite surprised by the cost. The total was $779 to clean out two drains. Our drains weren’t clogged, just affected by sediment buildup from our water supply. While the service itself was great, the pricing felt excessive for the scope of work performed.

Emergency burst pipe that Saso from rotorooter came out to assess and repair. Did an awesome job with the repair and walked me through what all the options were before anything was started. Highly recommend!

Mohammed did an amazing job coming out on a Friday evening and sticking with my stubborn blocked sewer until he got it cleared. I know he was supposed to get off at six - about the time his company called him to my home - and he didn’t end up leaving until much later. Mehdi later came to assist as the sewer line was longer than expected. He also was scheduled to be home with his family, but really helped us out. Both techs are dedicated, hardworking and courteous. And my family and I couldn’t be more grateful!

We had a great experience with Roto Rooter! Mike Burns did a scope of our sewer line and determined that we had a rather substantial belly in a portion of the line that was still the original cast iron. He was very knowledgeable and guided us on what should be done, when, and how to work with our utilities insurance. He also set everything up for us to get the work done, and even came and inspected once it was completed to be sure everything looked good. He also provided us with ample documentation for insurance, and offered follow up services if needed. Highly recommend his services!

C.J. Young (2345) and Tyler McIntosh (6586) came out to do the line repair. They explained the process and gave us updates each step of the way. It was a substantial job, but these guys were FAST! We had minimal disruption of our water usage and they had the area cleaned up before dinner time. Most importantly, the job was done right the first time, and they managed to complete it without having to disturb our driveway, even though part of the line being replaced was located underneath.

We were very happy with the work done, and would use them again without hesitation.

Let's just say Sergio is someone you NEED working for your company. You don't find many like him these days. That dude is amazing and as knowledgeable as they come. He filled me and my upstairs neighbor in on what to do and what not to put in our pipes. You can tell he takes his job very seriously and is also very friendly. I'm very grateful that he was the tech we got! Thanks, Sergio!!

Stephan was amazing. He was on time, very detailed, and fixed our issues very quickly. He communicated all services and costs and was very reasonable. Call this guy if you need help with your plumbing.

I used these guys for mitigating water damage within my home due to a damaged pipe. The team was professional and kind. I especially liked the team who conducted the repairs. However not all things are good here. They are quite pricey but I went ahead with them as they said that they are experts with dealing with insurance companies and will assist me with my claim. Turns out they helped just enough to get paid. They didn't document the damage well enough to get all the damaged items paid for. They also did some extra damage themselves. I was in contact with the technician who said he will talk to his manager about it but then was ghosted with repeated ignored phone calls.

I attempted to follow the advice from the response that I received. I was optimistic that I could have found a resolution for the missed spots during the mitigation effort as well as addressing the damages. However, I was directed to work with the same manager who initially ghosted me. At first he seemed willing to work with me on finishing the mitigation after I sent his evidence that it was missed. However, he ghosted me again for a little over a week then got extremely defensive when I called his manager to try to get an answer. He then backpedaled and simply said that there was no damage and that he isn't going to do anything for me. Not only was it really insulting, but also a colossal waste of time. Do not use this company, their business model is to do a quick job, miss things, and you'll be left dealing with the fallout all on your own.

I have a tub/shower that was very slow draining for years. Showers turned into ankle baths. OTC products and plastic clog removal tools didn’t help. Josh came out and performed the service quickly, cleanly and efficiently. This drain has never worked this well since I moved into the home in 2018. Excellent work! Thank you!!
