They were extremely helpful in getting me the one obscure part I needed to fix my sprinkler system. A grand kudos to them./

I did not shop here or anything, I dropped off a load of hot water heaters here, which I was instructed to help unload... The warehouse guys here ate cool hard working people.

I went into the Littleton Ferguson's in search of replacement toilet flappers- I had been to several plumbing supply stores including all of the "big box" stores and online. Nobody at any of the other stores was helpful. At Ferguson's, Dean searched through the store parts then went online. Finally, he called the toilet company. Since the search was ongoing, he called me when he had tracked down the parts and got them in the store. Thank you!!!

I went to Ferguson as they deal with replacement parts for my Danze kitchen faucet. We found the cartridge I needed but since it would be 2-3 weeks for it to arrive, they gave ($0.00!) me three rubber washers to try. That solved my leak!!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly people! Highly recommend!!
