I would have to rank Progressive Pumping as extremely professional with superior service. My boiler and side arm hot water tank failed and we were without heat and hot water. I gave a quick call the Progressive Plumbing and there were on their way with the right tools and materials to resolve this problem. I will use Progressive Plumbing for all my plumping/boiler service needs going forward and would strongly recommend them for anyone looking for a highly skilled and qualified plumbing contractor.

Bad hours. Claimed they would wait a couple of minutes, since I desperately needed some brazing solder to finish a job. Showed up a couple of minutes after closing and no one to be found.

When it comes to a plumbing supply house these guys are some of the best. Great customer service, lots in stock, and generally friendly.

Great supplies, horrible service. I needed to do plumbing for a tub and came in with a few questions. There were a few other customers behind me so instead of taking the time to answer my questions, he just looked at the other customers and said "I don't know, I'm not a licensed plumber". So I went to Home Depot and found a non-licensed plumber who was very helpful and took 5 minutes to help me with a solution. Only come here if they have a part you need, not if you need help or advice.

When you work in the field daily, every bit of time counts.
Wasted ime doesn't just hurt a business and bottom line, it inconveniences customers who want to know they can rely on their plumbing system to work safely and effectively.
Time spent at Sanders is spent well.
I've worked closely with these guys for years and they always do their best, but Rick Smith, in particular, was very helpful in resolving an issue that otherwise would have left a very sweet family without water for at least a day.
I'm very satisfied with the service.

Rick and Tommy helped me get everything I needed I was planning on traveling to put a sprinkler system in for a friend. I managed to get to the store shortly after the closed. They worked with me and I will be able to accomplish what I need to do.

Had a bathroom urinal valve issue. Salesman HOU was a GREAT help! I brought a few photos and measurements of the problem flush valve. He was able to help correct my issue with a small part and then help me upgrade to an automatic flush kit (Sloan EBV500A). Super easy to install and works great!
