The staff are friendly and helpful. Be cautious backing into the loading dock. The guy guiding me to pick up a water heater had me hit the bump stop. It dented my tailgate and chipped the paint. I didn't realize it until getting home since I drove with my tailgate down. Luckily, most of the scratch buffed out, but not happy about the dent and chipped paint.

Went in today looking for shower cartridges with little to no idea of what I needed. Unfortunately they only had one in stock and I needed two. However the guy I dealt with was able to explain to me exactly what I was doing, what I needed, and where to get it. Excellent and friendly customer service

Called they said they had the part I drove 40 min and they said they sold out when I got there and I have to drive an hour to another store since this was so far out the way. Won’t be back to this one ever again.

Nate (AHA or NJD) helped me out when the experts at the big box store couldn’t find a solution to my problem (needed to get the drain pipe as short as possible to fit an IKEA vanity) They actually referred me to this store. Nate’s solution worked! I needed a tool that I was intimidated to use but he reassured me that it will be ok. With the tool and the part he suggested, I was able to fit my new vanity perfectly! Thank you Nate! :)

Jay was very helpful in assisting me as I tried to model my bathroom upgrade. I would recommend this company if you are working through a remodel project. Researchong online is good. However learning what I did at the showroom was very beneficial.

I am always nervous when using a new company for anything, but I decided to take the leap and I am so glad I did! Kelly M was my technician and he was incredibly professional and kind. When he found that the problem with my kitchen garbage disposal was simpler than he thought in the beginning, he gave me a 50% discount! This type of honesty is hard to find and it would’ve been very easy to trick me (a college girl) into paying more than I needed to. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter services again and Kelly was amazing!

Had a septic back up issue. Dispatch quickly sent a technician to our house (arrived 1.5hrs after I called them). Mark was very efficient and communicated clearly about what was happening for us. He cleaned up the mess and unclogged the pipes quickly and was a pleasure to work with. Pricing seemed a bit expensive for two hours of work and no parts, but as it was an emergency, what was most important was prompt and quality service, and this was that.

The plumber came out right after I scheduled the repair and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. I’ll definitely schedule again, if needed. Thank you!

Rob & Kevin were fast, friendly, and professional! I was very pleased with their work on my water heater piping. Price felt a touch steep to me, but they did quality work. You get what you pay for usually! I would certainly use Roto-Rooter again for future plumbing needs.

Technician arrived within time estimated. We examined the affected drain and the technician suggested we try vacuuming the drain first to remove possible kitty litter clog. This proved to be the cause and we discussed how to prevent the clog from reoccurring. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and neat.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They flooded the house, told us the drain was clogged and they can't fix it. Told us where the clogged drain section was so we cut open the ceiling and there wasn't even a pipe in the ceiling. Called and asked the to warranty the $850 drain snaking and they said no.

Don't ever use these guys they are hacks and a rip off.

I'm a 5th generation native and have hundreds of family members in the industry and I have called all of them and told them to never use these guys. We also told our 127 clients to never ever call these guys.

I had a late night just before Christmas emergency. But the tech, Kelly, was awesome! He was incredibly helpful finding a solution immediately. Kelly was was also very sympathetic about the situation as it was late and just before Christmas.

Colby came out to help me with a plumbing issue. He was there within an hour and was very communicative throughout his visit. He was able to fix the problem and was great to deal with.

Root rooters were great and Robert and Pablo were absolutely fantastic! They came out to help us reroute our kitchen sink drain, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did.
