This company, specifically Shane have come through big time for us on several occasions. Always super responsive, personable, professional and offer very fair repair rates. Shane is consistently available and quick. Very reasonably priced, too. He’s the first one we call for any plumbing work, and we’ve had him on several projects and emergencies.

Shane with Alpha Omega came out as we had a toilet overflow while not home for many hours realized all of our plumbing was still fine and even contacted the structural company to come out to help fix all the damage and then refused to take money since he did not have anything to fix. Incredible person and company to use.

Fantastic experience with Alpha Omega. Got several estimates and they were the one shop that didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work. The crew was polite, did very good work, were in and out in one day for a big job on short notice. Master plumber Shane followed up in person the next day to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn't be happier with this team.

Shane and Ozzy are excellent! I would recommend these two to anyone.
I had an emergency with my shower, and after many calls to plumbers, and many expensive quotes, I called Alpha Omega. Shane answered promptly
and came right away. And the price was very affordable.
Shane and Ozzy even stopped at home depot to get the parts that were needed. Shane sent me pictures of the parts and prices so I could pick out what I wanted for my shower. They were honest about the cost and what needed repair and what was salvageable. Which most parts in my shower were salvageable.
After the job was finished, Shane and Ozzy ran back to home depot for a screw that was needed to make everything complete.
They were both very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Best plumbers I have ever used. And will be using these two from now on.
These two go above and beyond.
I already booked them to replace my hot water heater.
