We called Shane at 5:30am and he was at our house by 7am. We had to have our sump pump replaced unexpectedly before leaving town and he was efficient (and informative) so we could hit the road. We couldn’t have called a better person for the job. And along the way, even consulted other stuff because Shane is full of knowledge. Thank you for helping us when we were in a panic!

I have to say, whenever I am in need of any kind of plumbing service or advice, my first and only call is going to Shane at Alpha Omega. I am always a bit hesitant when it comes to any kind of home repair as there are just too many scams and lazy work that goes on these days. After one call to Alpha, I spoke with Shane who actually tried to talk me out of everything I was requesting but I told him I just wanted everything updated so it would be less for me to worry about with my busy lifestyle. He was at my door the next day and had everything installed, tested, and performing at the optimum level 48 after my initial call. Absolutely fantastic service and would recommend to anyone in the area that is needing help with ANY kind of plumbing issues. Thank you Shane. You know I now have you on my speed dial!

Highly recommend, Shane has completed two services for my residence- replaced my water heater and fixed my plumbing to my washer. Shane took my call late on a Saturday night and arrived first thing on a Sunday morning to clean out a pipe clogged with roots. The team was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and made suggestions for longer term repairs in the future. They didn't suggest or push for unnecessary services and made sure we were happy with the work before taking payment. The price was very reasonable even including some unforseen work. As a bonus they were great with young kids who were very interested in what was going on and asking them tons of questions.

Shane and his team are great and really saved us after our main sewer line backed up. They were quick to respond, communicated through the entire process, and went above-and-beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We’ll absolutely be working with them again and highly recommend them!

Lets just say my house is really one of the worst things to work on (a frankestein house with old parts, tight conditions and access). Shane and his team went above and beyond with the project saving my sidewalk while trenching, cleaning up after, and more to get me to a good spot again. Would recommend to family and friends.

Robert contacted my husband to let him know he Would arrive within 30 minutes, He was timely, knowledgeable, and very professional! After that snaking he saw that we had tree branches growing into our sewer line. He jumped right in, got it taken care of and had the roots cleared out in no time! He double checked his work before he left to make sure there were no leaks after Removing and replacing back the toilet, Upon noticing a small amount of water, he redid the seal and double checked again to make sure there were no issues before he left. I truly appreciate how professional he was and how clean he kept the entire project. 10/10 recommend!

I had issues with both my bathroom and kitchen sinks not draining properly. I called Parker's Emergency Plumbing, and Miles showed up to help. He quickly fixed the problem in the bathroom and took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my kitchen sink, even drawing a few diagrams to help me understand. The kitchen sink turned out to be a bit trickier, so Miles worked out an estimate and promised to return. He came back a couple of days later and finished the job, handling the more complicated kitchen drain with no problems. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and friendly Miles was. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the plumbing service and the care taken to make sure everything was working perfectly.

He carefully mapped out the old pipes and marked where the water lines ran, which made it so much easier for us and any other plumber to understand the system. He also gave us a clear recommendation to replace the very old and fragile system, which was starting to leach unsafe materials into our drinking water. i had a great experience with a local plumber in littleton. my old propane water heater needed to be swapped out, so i called around for quotes. one company gave me a high estimate and sent someone over who seemed more interested in his tablet than the job. then i reached out to another plumbing service, and donald told me he could handle the install for way less. i picked up a new lp water heater at the hardware store for a fair price, and donald and his helper showed up just a few hours later. they did a really neat, professional job putting it in. there were a few extra parts needed, but even after that, the total install cost was still much lower than other places. overall, i paid less than half of what i was quoted by the first company. if you’re looking for honest, solid plumbing work in littleton at reasonable prices, i definitely recommend these folks.
