I have to say Justin with high 5 has to be one of the most polite and knowledgeable vendors we’ve ever had. We moved into an older home that had some maintenance issues. He explained everything very clearly and laid out the options. Plus he sold us on High 5s maintenance plan which seems well worth the money if you have an older home. We are so pleased with our new water softener and the work we had done. They really do high 5 you at the end of their successful job! :)
We then had Chris come out for the HVAC check up and he was also very extremely polite and helpful he explained everything and offered us some choices without pressuring us. We are very happy all around with the team.

Great experience with both Jose & Michael. They got here early in the window of time, were respectful of my home & were very open & honest.

Mike did an awesome job installing a new toilet! Didn’t leave a mess & did a great High 5 with my dog!!

Had several different companies come out to give me a quote on some work and they were outrageous. High 5 came out and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. Jose Cuevas was very knowledgeable, gave me several options and did quality work that we are completely happy with. Will definitely use High 5 in the future.

I’ve gotten bids from 3 other sewer replacement companies. Justin, by far, has bent over backwards for me, with helping me breakdown the bid the way that Allstate has requested. Has given me 3 different options, etc. I’m so much more comfortable with High Five and Justin, versus the other level of bids that I’d received.

This company and their technicians are amazing - hangs down! They are always very professional and courteous. Their work is amazing. I call them for every job in my house

Dominick and Daniel (and Justin from the day before) were all incredibly helpful in getting my leaky main sewer line replaced and installing a new water softener/filter. High 5 was able to make a same-day appointment when I called Friday evening (around 5:00) with the leak and Justin was professional and helpful (and not a bit pushy) with his recommendations. He made sure we would be taken care of the next day with the install team before he left. On Saturday, Dominick and Daniel were great. They only cut into places it was needed, were fast in installing everything, and cleaned up without a trace. They didn’t even mind chatting with my niece and nephews who asked endless questions!
I would have no problem recommending High 5 to anyone needing plumbing work and beyond.

Great experience with Omar Santana! Was very informative in his evaluation throughout the process while helping troubleshoot a couple problems we were experiencing. did a great job installing an EV outlet and hanging a light chandelier.

We called High 5 Plumbing to come out and diagnose / repair an issue with our main sewer line. We had a very positive experience with Kevin, who is an extremely knowledgeable plumbing technician. He explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure we understood the issues and could make an informed decision. Very professional and an all-around great guy!

Jose was great, very knowledgeable, professional and completed the approved work quicker than expected. He was also careful and worked carefully to avoid any additional wall repairs we may have needed to address should he have had to open the access panel wider. High 5 responded quickly to our request and got us on the schedule within 24 hours. This was our second time using their services and they are 2 for 2!

We had two exhaust fans repaired both needed a new motor. The cost felt high while the work was professional and they did complete the job as asked!! 4 stars because of price otherwise solid job

The service is fabulous from start to finish. Today was part of my membership inspection on all plumbing and draining hot water heater. No issues and the inspection was part of my plan so no out of pocket charge today.

Great service! Justin was so help and efficient. He finished the job while I was at work and even fixed the drain in my bathroom sink. I highly recommend High 5 they have been great with all the work I have had them do.

We had an amazing experience with High 5, and with Andrew. He came out to inspect a leak, and was quick to find the source after having several other professionals out. He gave us a simple resolution, and set clear expectations on what our HVAC system will need moving forward. Andrew is super professional, kind, and a delight to work with. High 5 is very communicative, and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Update: I was able to get same day service on a boiler issue. Bucky got here quickly and he’s just as great. Everyone on the team is top tier!
