High Five Plumber Michael K is a 5 Star ⭐️. But after today, I’d give Michael a 10 ⭐️. Today Michael K arrived on time, accessed the situation, and started working on installing a new toilet and several under sink valves in a bathroom and the kitchen. Michael was efficient and cleaned up all areas like he was never here. He was friendly and we talked a lot about books and how much we enjoy reading. I’d welcome Michael back anytime as I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and he loves books.

Jose Cuevas was great! Very nice. Very knowledgeable. Explained things extremely well. Completed a fairly extensive job efficiently.

Brian did an incredible job answering my questions and offerIng solutions when my 21 year old Furnace and A/C system needed to be replaced. He helped us select a new and efficient system that suited our needs, and then proceeded to do the installation in the most courteous and professional manner- answering and questions I had along the way as well. My house is now more comfortable than it’s ever been. Thank you!

Peyton did a great job for us. Price was a little high but the work was done quickly and done right the first time which I appreciate.

Outstanding! I needed a new water heater in a tight crawl space which was such a difficult job that two other plumbers would not even quote it. Justin Reed from High 5 assessed it no problem and started the next day. He worked hard in miserable tight and hot conditions without complaint. Adding excellent communication skills to his technical mastery, he is able to explain complicated topics like county inspections, building code, and financing. The office people at High 5 are similarly top performers in their field, with timely and cheerful communication skills.

Manny came out to do our quarterly HVAC inspection and was so professional and kind. He fixed a problem that I didn’t even know was there! Manny went above and beyond! I’m definitely going to request him every time we need HVAC service!

Nathaniel installed new lighting in our home, including under-cabinet lights and fixtures in the kitchen. He was extremely informative, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in thorough detail. His communication was excellent. I will continue to use Nathaniel and High 5 for all future needs—he is the best technician I have ever worked with.

Service was outstanding! They were able to send someone out to our house to connect a unique gas oven within 4 hours of us calling them! Our technician Peter P. was incredibly polite and he was able to quickly setup our oven in no time. Would definitely recommend them!

Have had High 5 out at my house the last couple of weeks. Peyton Freitag came out on 1/10/26 and Jaeden McMains came out on 1/31/26. We are renovating our utility room and needed upgrades on some of the plumbing. Both these techs did an awesome job helping with this and would highly recommend using High 5 Plumbing. I recently was assisted by Cory, and he held this standard quite well. He helped a Brotha understand the inner workings of my system, and was very helpful in assisting me with understanding any questions that I might have. His vibes were pleasant, a cool cat. High 5 plumbing was great. I have had them come out on multiple different occasions. I had some plumbing that was not up to code from the previous owner and was causing backups. Gage was super helpful and kind when he came out to look at everything and give me a quote. Mike came out on the scheduled project day. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They were flexible with timing for my busy schedule which made a big difference. He got the project done much quicker then expected and worked really hard to avoid having to cut into my wall to reset the drain. I will definitely use them again.

Jaeden was the tech who showed up for our plumbing inspection and hot water heater flush. He arrived within the time range set up and I was called when he was on the way. Jaeden was personable, professional and answered all my questions. He offered suggestions on things that needed to be done without the high pressure to upsell me. He completed everything on time and cleaned up after his work area. He was extremely conscious on putting on shoe covers. Would highly recommended Jaeden and High Five for your plumbing, electrical and hvac needs.

Scheduling was easy, he arrived when promised, and the work was done efficiently and at a high standard. He took the time to explain the issue and how to fix it was fixed. Corey was easy to work with and he gave me alternative options too. Honest, professional, and reliable - highly recommended.

This company was so great! Our water heater started leaking late last night, I called early this morning (Saturday) and they sent out Ricardo within about an hour or so. Ricardo was awesome too, very knowledgeable and quick! I did a ton of research before reaching out to troubleshooting myself and also check our options in case of worst case scenario. As soon as he found the issue, his first suggestion happened to be exactly what I was looking into in my research so that was cool. Ricardo started and finished in about 2-3 hours, including time to have a new water heater brought to our house by his team. 10/10 recommend this company, I’ve dealt with plumbers in the past and was left feeling uneasy and taken advantage of. These guys are quick, transparent, and more than fair in my opinion. Great company!

update: theodore and ayden came out to help us when we lost all water pressure in our house and every faucet was just a trickle. they quickly figured out the issue, fixed it, and explained everything to me in about 30 minutes. they really saved the day for us! i can't say enough good things about reed family plumbing & hvac. earlier, we had them disconnect and reconnect our kitchen sink during a countertop installation. they did an excellent job, were very professional, and the price was great. will definitely call again for any plumbing needs.

theodore met me at my house in littleton to go over all my plumbing problems, and together we made a clear plan for getting everything fixed. i found it really easy to work with him, and was excited to get these repairs done. now that all the work is finished, i'm very happy with the results. i had other plumbers take a look before, but none of them could figure out a good fix. theodore replaced the main water valve to the house, swapped out the old valve for the main level toilet (our pipes are really old), and also installed a new sink in the basement. everything was done quickly and looks great. highly recommend reed family plumbing & hvac if you need plumbing work in littleton.
