They argued I needed to replace my 2022 water heater. They are just looking for a quick cash grab from an unsuspecting homeowner. I went with a different company - a flush and a new thermostatic mixing valve later and everything is great.

Had these guys out a couple weeks ago for an issue with my kitchen sink. They came out quickly, and work was reasonably priced. That's already enough, but they were also nice enough to fix another minor issue that had been bugging me without additional charge.

My experience with Drain Terrier was amazing. They scheduled us quickly. The technician, Nick, was a great guy. Very friendly, thorough, explaining all the repairs needed and completed the repair in a timely fashion. ( my cats liked him alot too 😺)The prices were very reasonable as well. I'm very thankful that I reached out to them for our repair!! I highly recommend Drain Terrier for any plumbing needs!!

We had a basement drain issue. House built in the 80's. Nice gentleman came out to address the issue. He attempted to remove the cleanout plug with a rather large set of channel locks? Mind you that plug had probably never been removed from the cast iron pipe that it was in so it was pretty rusty. Then said he was afraid he would break it. Seeing that he was using a pair of channel locks I wanted him to stop using those. He tried to snake the line through the p-trap but said he couldn't get past the p-trap.

He called into the office and they recommended removing the appliances around it and ripping out the concrete, digging out the cast iron pipe and replacing it for a cost starting at over 5K. I told him I'll hold off on all that. The only problem we were having was we couldn't do a load of laundry without having that drain overflow. So he then presented me with a tablet that had pricing such as a Platinum, gold, & silver repair options which had technical jargon that I could not understand. He wanted me to choose anywhere from the $300+ option all the way to many thousands of dollars option. For just today's work??? What kind of pricing is that, and do they think people are that gullable? I picked the lowest option to pay and sent him on his way.

I bought a $9 - 3/4" drive socket and $30 drain auger at harbor freight, a $8 pipe socket off Amazon, grabbed my portable compressor and impact wrench and removed the plug in no time. Ran the drain auger and we are now good.

Tracy and Connor were on time with a call ahead. Really appreciate that. We reviewed options for the new water heater and they were back promptly with the new water heater. Installation was smooth and quick with the new water heater and surrounding area pristine when they were done. They were professional and polite and good with the dogs. Very happy with the experience.

I just had Drain Terrier replace my entire main line (65 feet) with two external washouts installed, and they were fantastic. Savannah (the owner) was absolutely wonderful—super honest, super knowledgeable, and the whole crew was just as great. Her dad Tracy and her brothers were all so professional and nice. They got everything done in just a couple of days, and even the city inspector said they did a top-notch job. On top of that, their quality and pricing can’t be beat—you really get the best of both. So, I didn't actually end up using these guys for my project. That said, these folks were a pleasant surprise, this company was completely transparent and after speaking with 10s of plumbing outfits it was nice to speak with folks who aren't trying to price gouge or straight up lie to you. If I ever have plumbing needs again this will be my first call.

i had an excellent experience with a plumbing service in littleton. late one evening, i found my toilet leaking and decided it was time for a replacement instead of another repair. the next morning, i called a few plumbers, but no one was available to install the toilet i bought. finally, when i reached out just after 8am, richard said he could come by early afternoon. he actually showed up even earlier than promised, got the new toilet installed quickly, and made sure everything was working perfectly. the price was fair and the service was top-notch. it's great to have reliable plumbers in littleton!

Robert, who was the first plumber to arrive, was excellent. However, this plumbing service had some difficulties answering their phones, often putting me on hold for extended periods or disconnecting the call. They also weren't very prompt in responding to emails. I was referred to them by a home warranty service, but their customer support wasn't quite up to par. They mentioned that they were understaffed, which may explain their difficulties. Despite these setbacks, I wasn't entirely satisfied with their customer service. What really disappointed me was that they hadn't even set up the new water heater yet. However, I have an update. john from the same plumbing service reached out to discuss my concerns. He proposed setting up the new water heater on a Sunday, which was much earlier than the initial date they gave me. John installed the water heater, and has since followed up multiple times, even returning to make a small adjustment to the vent. He apologized for the previous issues, assuring me that they strive to offer top-notch service. I'm quite pleased with the installation of my new hot water heater. I'm inclined to believe that the plumbing service was going through a tough time when I had my issues, and I'm confident that they're working to improve their customer service. We reached out to a plumbing service on a weekday afternoon because we discovered our old water softener, that's been in service for 30 years, was leaking. We had to deal with this issue swiftly since we were preparing for a vacation and planned to have house sitters in our Littleton home. This plumbing service was the 6th one we contacted, with all the others not having any openings for days, even weeks. They requested pictures to better assess the situation, and they managed to schedule a visit for the following day to install a new water softener. The cost was incredibly fair and all the plumbers, including John and Geoffrey, were extremely helpful and pleasant. They come highly recommended!

working with alex & sons plumbing was a breeze. the folks in the office were very patient and friendly every time i called. i had braden come out to handle my plumbing inspection and some drain work. he called to let me know he was on his way and again when the job was finished. braden was polite and respectful each time we spoke. he also kept me updated about when i would get the final report. i let him know i wouldn’t be home and explained where to find the water main, and he had no trouble at all. i’ll definitely use their plumbing services again. 5 stars!
