Constraction reviews in Lone Tree, Colorado

Teleo Builders was professional and thourough throughout our kitchen/main floor remodel. Communication was open and easy throughout the project. The subcontractors were also on time, helpful, and professional. Kevin was helpful with decisions needed to be made along the way. We are pleased with the quality of the work performed and the final product of our remodeling project.

We did what I would say was a pretty extensive remodel using Kevin in the summer of 2013. We had weight bearing walls taken down between our kitchen, living room, and front entry way to create a great room that now encompasses the kitchen, living room, and dining room. This even required the garage door into the house to be moved into another room. When you open the front door you come into an inviting space with a fabulous kitchen instead of walking into a wall with door cut-outs and separated spaces and a tiny kitchen. Kevin and his group tore down every wall, put up temporary walls, and then put in place a whole new support structure in the attic and in the basement. They went on to put in all new kitchen cabinets, a huge island, new hardwood flooring (that they laced in perfectly with the existing hardwoods which we found under the living room carpet), new appliances, and new lights. Kevin was very kind to allow us to do little things like reuse some of the existing can lights where we could, and he also saved all of the old kitchen cabinets that he could and put them back up in our garage and basement for good storage space. We had very few (maybe two or three) unplanned expenses and Kevin thoughtfully presented each one of these, making sure we knew he was not trying to increase our price in a way you hear of other contractors doing. And these changes were all for our benefit. In fact his overall price was very fair in comparison to the other quotes we got. I was not working during the time of our remodel, and was very involved in the whole process. Kevin did not make me feel like I was in the way, and in fact let me make some changes as we went along. Everything was done legally, with permits, which was important to us, and we passed every inspection on the first go. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to use Kevin again if we required any more remodel work.

Teleo did a wonderful job on our home remodel. Prices were fair, contractors were great, and responsiveness was just outstanding. We highly recommend Kevin and his Team because he demonstrated to us that he and his company stood for integrity, communication, and satisfaction.

Kevin and his crew updated two bathrooms for us, we could not be more pleased with the results. They understood what we wanted and offered suggestions to help us reach our goal. It was a little stressful as both bathrooms were under construction at the same time, but Kevin and the crew were great – very respectful of our space and time. They also took great care to keep the dust and the general mess to a minimum, something we greatly appreciated. The job was completed on time with beautiful results. Kevin and his sub-contractors are outstanding: professional, organized and efficient, I am pleased to highly recommend them. Additionally, they are also very nice people, which made working with them even more enjoyable.

The whole project - remodeling my kitchen was smooth and well done. Great
cooperation in adjusting to changes, and needs. excellent group of "subcontractors",
working quickly and efficiently. Kevin and Morgan (Caruso Kitchens) worked
together to make a smooth and high quality project. I feel that I made my most
important choice in assuring top quality work - on time, in selecting Teleo Builders
for the job

Teleo finished our basement and we couldn’t be happier. Our vision was to convert our basement into a big living room so the kids can have room to play and they made our vision a reality. More importantly was there outstanding customer service. Kevin, Nathan, and Ron were willing to sit with us to discuss design and they were even willing to suggest what colors we should use to make it look super nice. I especially appreciated how they treated my little ones, in fact, my kids still ask when will Ron and Nathan come over. Subcontractors were also excellent and very respectful of my time and of my home. I really spent a lot of time searching for the best company to go with and I am very grateful that we selected Teleo. Thanks guys, take good care of yourselves. Adam

We met Kevin with Teleo after we had already started a basement remodel. Unfortunately for us the remodel went south when the tile in the shower started popping off and we had a serious leak into our crawl space. We called on Kevin to assist us in our efforts to rectify the situation. Kevin was able to document all of the issues with the shower installation as well as do some testing to identify the source of the leak. We were then able to use this information to confront our original contractor to get the job done correctly and not just the patch job that the contractor was offering us to get through his warranty period. We really appreciate the knowledge and dedication that Kevin provided us in our time of need.

Kevin and his crew were absolutely wonderful. They finished our basement for us and did a great job. It was a very stress free experience for us. The crew was very professional and punctual and they communicated any concerns and questions they had in a kind and professional manner. We really enjoyed the fact that we were able to pick and choose things such as tile, paint, and carpet with out feeling rushed and Teleo worked with the choices we made, and that made the project and crew so much easier to work with. Teleo also finished the project in the time frame that was first given to us. The finished product was beautiful. I highly recommend Teleo for any in home project you need they are affordable and very professional.

We met Kevin after a desperate plea for help to close friends and family when our kitchen remodeling job went south. Our initial contractor/crew had botched the installation of the new tile flooring, causing everything to come to a complete standstill, including our trust and confidence in them. We determined we had to find another alternative. In our distress we didn't know what to do, so we emailed friends we trusted at 11:30PM one night. One of the recipients forwarded our email to Kevin who responded within 15 minutes! He said he could meet us the next day!. When Kevin saw what had happened, he apologized to us. We were stunned - it was a problem created by someone else! We immediately felt his compassion along with his confidence and competence in helping us. He knew exactly what to do and gave us instant hope and help. Kevin took over the kitchen renovation job and every single thing under his management went as planned, without a hitch and exceeding our expectations. Kevin's pricing was extremely fair, his workmanship was completely professional, and his crew members/subcontractors were proficient, pleasant, and skilled. Kevin always met his commitments, and in the end, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen remodel. We trusted Kevin so completely that we asked him to undertake two subsequent jobs in our home involving our windows/doors and master bath shower. While we wish we had hired Teleo Builders from the start, we are so very grateful that we found them when we did. Teleo Builders and Kevin Gustafson represent the highest level of integrity, proficiency, trustworthiness, and quality. You will not be disappointed.

My experience with Teleo was nothing short of incredible. Kevin & his crew did a total renovation of my kitchen. I was kept informed throughout the process and everything was completed as promised, on budget and on time. One or 2 very minor hiccups were resolved quickly. Every one of the guys who came through to do their part (dry wall, tile, electrical, etc) was friendly, courteous and and talented. Everyone was also great with my 2 dogs, an unexpected bonus. I cannot say enough to recommend Kevin Gustafson and Teleo.

Kevin and the Teleo team just completed a beautiful kitchen remodel for us and we are so happy we chose them for the job. They are not only a good choice for remodeling and contracting services but the best choice you can make when remodeling is in your future plans. We found Teleo very easy to work with and their customer service is unparalleled because they know how to listen and they respond with the sense of urgency you would expect. They really want you to have a great experience with your project. They are not only trying to give you what you want but also what you need based on each project situation. Teleo quality of work is the easiest to attest to because it is not just our opinion. Other contractors involved in our project openly stated it is the highest quality of work they have seen or worked with. This is important because it’s not just how the job looks on the surface but how well it was put together. This was probably the best thing we could ever hear in the middle of our project. When we reviewed project time and cost no delays could be attributed to Teleo and we could not ask for a better return on our investment.

In our final assessment Teleo has the right team, the right attitude and the right quality to make sure your project result will be the best it can be. We highly recommend Teleo for your next home improvement project.

Kevin and the Teleo Builders Team are great! They are professional, friendly and detail orientated! We live in BackCountry and hired Kevin to finish our basement prior to moving in our new home (basement was not permitted to be finished on building permit) and wanted all finishes to be the same as to have everything flow throughout the house. Kevin made that happen, our basement is AWESOME! He also converted a loft area to a bedroom/bathroom and you cannot tell that it was done after the fact as great care was taken to ensure genuine craftsmanship. We highly recommend Kevin and his team for anyone that is looking for a general contractor; you will not be disappointed as the product will exceed your expectations!

Kevin and his team performed magic on my kitchen! He was always prompt and professional. He addressed all of my concerns! Kevin kept a close relationship with my kitchen designer so that he executed the plan with perfection! All of his team members were courteous and professional. They all demonstrated their talents with each discipline. Everyone kept to the schedule and finished my kitchen in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased! I would recommend Teleo Builders to everyone!

My wife and I have had a fantastic experience with Teleo Remodeling. Our remodeling project included a complete basement suite, entire kitchen remodel, three bathroom remodels, moving doors and windows, adding French doors, replacing hardwood floors and carpet, painting the entire interior, adding new paneled doors and baseboards, adding ceiling lights and creating a one of a kind stone gas burning fireplace in the living room.
We had interviewed several companies for our remodeling needs. Kevin stood out from the others with his professionalism, ideas, workmanship, knowledge and honesty. He told us up front that some of our ideas for moving certain walls were not structurally or mechanically feasible, whereas the other companies we interviewed said: no problem. His ideas helped us fashion placement of doors and wall angles to their maximum advantage. (It was as if we had the added benefit of having a personal architect at our disposal.) The workmanship and craftsmanship in every area was superb. Kevin was fair and very easy to work with when presented with changing our original ideas and adding additional upgrades. He and his crew were trustworthy, timely, friendly and tidy.
We highly recommend Teleo Remodeling to all our family, neighbors and friends.

Kevin is extremely thoughtful in his approach to remodeling and has excellent problem solving solutions if an issue does come up. They take great pride in their work and it shows throughout the entire process. Kevin and the crew are always friendly, courteous and professional. They keep the jobsite well organized and clean and complete projects in a timely manner. I would recommend them to any and all of my family, friends and clients!

Teleo did a fantastic job on our modern kitchen remodel. We had put this project off for many years so when finally decided to take the plunge, Kevin, Nathan, and Ron were up for the challenge. The Teleo team were prompt, courteous, and attentive to our needs during this major renovation. They took the time to listen to what was important to us and really went that extra mile to ensure our requests were incorporated into the final project. We had a strong vision of what we wanted, and we couldn't be more happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Teleo if you are looking for a quality contractor.

Kevin did a phenomenal job on a full home renovation for us. He stayed tight to budget and wrapped the work from start to finish within 4 months. It's a 1977 home that had hardly been touched prior to, and with Kevin's work, is now 2024 modern and well above par with respect to comps in neighborhood.

Kevin's work and performance was excellent. He is well organized and efficient. Completed the job is a timely manner and is outstanding. His team of subcontractors were very good and performed their work quickly and efficiently. The tile work and floor refinish are outstanding. Thanks to Teleo we now have a beautiful finished basement and bathroom area! Kevin and his crew did a quality job and conducted all of their business with honesty and integrity. We have never been through a remodel, and Kevin was excellent in walking us through the entire process so that we knew what to expect. When we had minor changes, Kevin was great in being flexible and going above and beyond to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our new space. We really appreciated dealing with someone who was so friendly and knowledgeable. For the high quality of work at a fair price, you cannot beat this contractor.
