Constraction reviews in Lone Tree, Colorado

We contracted with Kevin (Teleo Remodeling) in late October, 2021 for the remodel of our master bath; however, due to long lead times for vanity cabinets, etc. he was unable to start the project until February, 2022. The contract price was very competitive with others we received (total of 5). Kevin provided valuable assistance in making suggestions on various details of the remodel, some of which we had not thought of and provided us with quality suppliers for the shower doors and vanity top. Once the project was started, Kevin and his crew/subs were able to move through the project very efficiently completing the work in the time frame he had established. They were careful to protect the areas outside the work area and cleaned the work area at the end of the day. Would highly recommend Kevin for his “hands on” approach to the job and for the quality of his and his crew's work.

Kevin and his team enclosed a loft for an office in my home and did an amazing job. I enjoyed having every sub in my home and felt super comfortable with the process. Kevin and his team have a strong attention to detail and everything turned out perfect! I felt he was very reasonable as well on the price. If you’re looking for a great team of folks to have in your home, look no further than Teleo Remodeling.

Kevin and Ron enclosed our patio to enlarge our family room and bring the existing sunken floor up to the same level as the rest of the house. They were both so great to work with and were willing to let us do the demolition and then the finish work to save some money! I have found that a lot of contractors are not willing to “share” the project for various reasons. Kevin estimated the job at a very reasonable price and said it would take approximately 30 working days to complete their part...and they did it in just that! Ron is excellent at returning texts and letting us know when he had to make a supply run before coming each morning. He showed up every day without fail. At the end of his workday, he made sure to clean up everything so we wouldn’t feel like we were living in a disaster area. They started the job the day we left for a 10 day vacation and even though I was nervous about this, they both assured me that we would be in contact as much as I needed and also were ok with my family members coming over to check in frequently! It was like that show where you leave while your house gets a facelift and then there is a big reveal upon your return! The sub-contractors were also great (Electrician, Jeremiah and drywall wizard, Craig). Everyone exhibited the highest level of professionalism, workmanship, courtesy and respect. To look at our new space now...one would never know it hadn’t always been that way from the initial home build! Kevin is already working on a bid to renovate my parent’s kitchen!
Now that the guys are done with their part...We (my husband and I) are now at the point where we are painting (the entire upper floor is getting a new coat, so as not to feel dowdy compared to our new room!). Then putting some of the hardwood flooring back in, stacked stone over the newly framed over “1970’s” brick fireplace, new gas insert and finally, cove/baseboard/ window/door trim to complete the job! Then it’s party time!
Thanks Kevin and Ron for helping us get the big part of this project done in order to make more space for our large family gatherings! We couldn’t have done it without you!

We hired Kevin and his team (Turning Point Remodeling) to do a major renovation of our house, and we are thrilled with the results. They were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the process. As you can see from the pictures, there is an amazing amount of detail, and the finished product exceeded our expectations.
They took time and care to make sure we felt comfortable with them in our house and always kept in touch with us, updating us on the progress, answering our questions, and addressing any issues that arose. We will 100% use Kevin and his team again for the next project at our house and will continue to refer Kevin to our friends and family. Thank you Kevin!! We appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to our home project. -
We hired Kevin to remodel our master bath and everything about the process was just great. We had a vision for what we wanted to do and Kevin gave us some great ideas on how to actually implement it and the result turned out perfect, exactly what we wanted. His and his team's craftsmanship is top-notch.
Kevin has great communication which was very important for us, he always let us know when things would be happening at our house. It was never the open-ended "people will be by at some point this week" which is impossible to plan around with dogs and needing to work from home, it was always "people will be here these specific days" and it was always accurate. He and his team are also super friendly, easy to coordinate scheduling with, easy to discuss design decisions with, easy to ask input from and give input to.
Kevin and his team were also super speedy, and the overall process was only a few weeks start to finish. My wife and I are so pleased with how everything turned out, if we ever end up doing another remodel project it'll 100% be with Kevin.
P.S. - The first picture and the video were before the shower glass was installed. -
no one will rush to help you in this home depot, and employees interpret the return policy in favor of the company and not in favor of the client.

The guys in their flooring department would have to improve just to suck. As it is, they are almost dangerously incompetent, and the store management will only cover for them.
Nothing was explained to me during the process, my calls weren't returned, and changed to the order that had to be made were ignored. In the end I spent hours in their management office getting the order fixed as much as possible. Even with that, I wound up not getting most of my basement carpeted and had to eat the cost of what wasn't used.
The contractors that actually did the install were great, and they had to make fixes to things that home depot employees had either screwed up for not bothered to tell them. They told me that happens all the time. -
AVOID ALL SPECIAL ORDERS. Ordered a $4,000 custom front door and had multiple factory and mishandled ordering (HD order entry) issues. Had to pay installer to come back and spend 6 man hours doing repairs to get it fixed but cosmetic issues remain. Vendor gave very small refund that barely covered the additional labor but certainly didn't cover cosmetic issues remaining or many hours of time. HD did nothing at all. Their comical policy is that a door order is considered complete when the local delivery guy drops off. Never mind that many issues can't be detected until the crating comes off and the door is actually installed. I'd like to see a delivery guy wait for 3-5 hours for that all to occur before a customer deems it acceptable. I will take my business to Lowes and never purchase anything large from HD again (or small if I can help it). They hide behind ridiculous corporate policies and leave the customers holding the bag.

I would recommend anyone interested in window coverings that they only work with Mary Kay. She is not only fun to work with but because of her follow up she helped me save a lot of money on a large club house project. The next person who really shines is Alan the installer. Despite his incredibly busy schedule he was able to get the blinds installed early this morning so that we would have them for our open house party. The only draw back in the process is Alan was not notified to come install as soon as the blinds were delivered. So that caused the last minute drama.

Bought new kitchen appliances. Microwave was not installed well. Took a week but the came back and fixed it. Refrigerator freezer drawer was bent. They came and ordered the wrong new part. Still waiting on resolution.
