Uli and Thomas (owners) are very professional, kind, and honest. They have their customer’s best interest in mind and are willing to go the extra mile. This is not a company that will try to rip you off or waste your time. They’re good at what they do and they care about their customers.

Excellent service. After the procedural triaging, the service personnel found out that the issue maybe due to wiring within the thermostat that keeps turning the furnace off. After rewiring the thermostat appropriately the furnace was back to functioning normally.

Top notch professionalism. I discovered a gas leak in my home and Supreme Heating & Air was very responsive on a cold night. I also had Supreme Heating & Air return to install a hot water system. Equipment is high end. Customer service is excellent. Great company. I highly recommend them for installation of air conditioning or heating systems for your home.

I highly recommend Supreme Heating!! I was completely impressed with their professionalism, customer service, and honesty! They replaced my heater the same day and stayed late in the evening to make sure I had heat. Honesty.......I wrote my check for $4000 over... they knocked at my door to let me know I overpaid them and requested a new check. That right there speaks volumes for me!

Elias was so helpful getting our old unit back up and running! Scheduled on Monday and they were here on Tuesday morning. Super quick and efficient and got everything done within 10 minutes of getting to our place.

On a holiday Uli answers the call and came out to assess the issue and set up an install of a replacement furnace the very next day. Uli and his crew were incredibly professional and stayed late in the evening to make sure there was heat.

This is the second time that I have been assigned supreme heating by my home warranty. Home warranties have a reputation for being a bit slow to respond, but I had Ulysses over repairing my problem less than 12 hours after submitting for service. Well, Marked truck, fully equipped with all necessary equipment and parts, and he was in and out in less than an hour. Absolutely stellar service. I would use these guys outside of home warranty if needed. Highly recommended
