Jared installed my furnace and did a spectacular job! Pricing was clear and fair, competitive with other quotes. I appreciate his attention to detail and that he took the time to show me all of the features of our new system. I highly recommend working with him for all of your HVAC needs!

Whole house HVAC duct & vent cleaning with Andrew. 2,700 sq ft house + unfinished basement. Dryer vent and evaporator coils cleaned too. Price was great, satisfied with communication all throughout and they cleaned after themselves at the end. Highly recommend and would work with them again!

The guys came out within 24 hours to repair my busted AC. Very professional, got the job done quickly, and inspected everything to make sure I'm good to go.

Scheduled a cleaning six weeks out, they called the day before confirming, then never showed up. They never called back (despite me leaving a message). Don't waste your time. There are several other providers that will actually do the job.

I needed a new AC, called them right up (After hours) and they walked me through the price, why it was going to cost what it was going to cost and then scheduled a time to come check everything out. Always on time and a really clean job. Absolutely going to call em back! Killed it guys.

Im reviewing a lucky duct driver- not the company itself or any services-
I pulled into johnston off 6th to drop off an old furnace and other large items, and had to carry/drag them to the proper dumpster because this truck and driver were parked right in front of the dumpster. The driver was in the truck on his phone. May I recommend asking him in the future to move and park anywhere in the empty parking lot when he’s finished unloading and have a little respect/common courtesy.
UPDATE- funny how this “business” owner has ZERO acceptance, and trys to degrade others- I have reviewed his reviews and he seldom wrote a positive review and any negative reviews he received he attacks the person, probably to try to make up for some ignorant problem he has. ZERO professionalism here people. He wrote a negative review on another company that I reviewed, and LIED about them- he wrote that they were writing false reviews of other companies, because I wrote about him negatively. The other company has NOTHING to do with my review- so therefore this sad company is in fact the one who is falsely reviewing other businesses. What a hypocrite! Would you really want someone like this working for you?!? Who wouldn’t be able to accept a little constructive criticism? But instead throws a fit and is juvenile in pointing out anything possible with what is wrong with you? Isn’t that what children do? Grow up.

Andrew could not have been better. He pulled 30+ lbs of junk out of our vents! He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to clean our HVAC, aircon and all ductwork. I couldn't recommend his services more highly.

I attempted some work on my air conditioner myself and Andrew gave me some pointers along the way. I was unsure of my work and had Andrew out to adjust and clean. He was an enormous help and very patient. I would recommend Lucky Duct to anyone.
