AI answers the phone. Not only does it fail to provide an estimate (but tells you the technician will give you a free one on-site), it wants to schedule services first. Any company that only answers calls with AI isn't worth my time or money.

Edit: Someone from the company called and left me a message asking me to call her back and apologizing that my attempt to schedule with the AI wasn't successful. No joke, it wasn't successful. I wasn't trying to schedule an appointment yet, I wanted an estimate and I had other questions. The AI immediately tries to schedule an appointment and ignores what you need or want. If I'm not a valuable enough potential customer to be able to talk to an actual person, then this company isn't valuable enough for me to spend my time and money on.

This company is a scam. Do not use them.

I hired these guys to install a wood burning stove chimney. The chimney has leaked every time it rains since first install, even after they came back out to "fix" it. Additionally, they TAPED ON the cheapest looking chimney cap I have ever seen, and it rattled in the wind causing an awful noise. They did come back and install a cap I purchased myself, but they TAPED that one on too. I've never seen a chimney cap taped on.

I've asked for a refund multiple times, but they outright reject the possibility every time. I tell them I'll even pay for the materials they used, which couldn't be more than $500 since they used single-wall stove pipe, which is not up to code.
