10/10 would recommend this company for any tree care service. The Western Cut Tree Care folks just left our place and we couldn't be happier. They were super punctual, quick, kind, and affordable. They also looked like they genuinely love what they do, and they did a great job trimming our giant backyard tree.

Before today, they came to inspect our tree and give us an estimate for the job. This was our first time hiring for this kind of work and during that visit, we felt very heard and well taken care.

We couldn't speak higher of Western Cut and we will definitely use them for any future tree care needs!

I used them for the first time in April 2024. Had one tree removed and a huge Cottonwood pruned and the crown thinned ... not an easy task with the obstacles around the tree including other trees, two homes, landscaping, etc. These folks were on time, on budget. The crew was fantastic ... polite, very knowledgable, thoughtful as they shaped up the Cottonwood tree and removed the dead tree. They left the site clean of debris. I've used a few different outfits over the years, this crew was head and shoulders above the rest. Very impressed ... I highly recommend them!

Alvaro and team have done multiple tree work projects at two family properties in the last several years, most recently today. Each job has been handled as if it was their most important, with an unmatched personal touch and high level of customer service.

We would repeat and emphasize what 45+ others have written... the entire process, from scheduling, first meeting for assessment and estimate, to job completion and clean up... was seamless, professional and thorough. Alvaro's knowledge of and genuine concern for the health of trees is impressive and appreciated; he clearly prioritizes doing the "right" amount of work for the health of a tree versus maximizing a job and profit. His honesty & knowledge are refreshing. His team has always been timely, professional, careful, accommodating, kind and tidy. They care about meeting the needs of the client, and exceeding expectations with the overall product that they deliver. They all share Alvaro's knowledge of trees and "the right way" to do things. Above and beyond customer service that surpasses what we've seen with numerous other house projects. All this and fair pricing.

We will continue to use them for all future needs and recommend them without any reservations.

Awesome! As a local contractor myself, I was extremely impressed with the professional work that they did... We had a difficult job with 60 ft. poplars very close to the house that were in desperate need of large limbs removed. They were able to safely remove them, and all the smaller ones too. Just so Happy... Everyone was great, and would highly recommend them for their service, and reasonable estimate. Would certainly hire them again. Super job guys! (and gal too)

Four Years Later...
We have had Western Cut Tree Care as our "Go To" for the last four years managing our HUGE trees and still find that they are professional, fair priced on estimates, and do a SUPER JOB!!! Thanks Again for the hard work that you did on our property today.

Alvaro and crew removed a tree in my yard that was over 100 years old. The tree had bugs and it produced lots of mountain dew which is a Sapp .. The tree had been treated for years and I really didn't wanna have it cut down but, the tree had been being treated since 2014 and it has only gotten worse and Alvaro and his team came to my rescue and handled this big tree that weighed at least 3 tons .. They got it down in one day and came back the next day to finish up.. Most definitely they did a great job and were super nice and answered my questions and did what I asked them to do without hesitation. Thanks for the great work and thanks for working with me. I appreciate you guys and your work ethic.. I will let anyone know that asks for any of the services and send them your way Sincerely, A happy customer :)

The arborist and crew did an excellent job on safely removing 5 dead ashes. Would recommend.

Wonderful service.. immediate response to my inquiry with a great cost quote, very little wait time until the pruners arrived, and they were AMAZING! So knowledgeable, and friendly. They made quick work of 2 very overgrown apple trees, and then cleaned up completely.

I have 2 35-40 foot tall trees which needed trimming. Western Cut did a great job! Very professional and nice. Reasonably priced as well! Cleaned up all the tree debris. Highly recommend!

Had a very professional experience from start to finish. After learning 2 of my very large ash trees were most likely diseased, I met with and got quotes from several local companies about how to address them. Alvaro of Western Cut proved to be the most knowledgeable and friendly and came up with a treatment and trimming plan at a very fair price. I will continue to use them and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

We had our trees trimmed in March before they leafed out. I still had several dead branches once the leaves came in. I contacted them, they kept in contact and sent someone out to finish the trim! We had Western Cut out to our 10-acre property to assist us with several projects. The crew was extremely careful around our property, friendly with our lab and kids, and did a fantastic job on clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Their invoices were being sent to my spam folder -- as often happens with technology. Despite knowing my address and phone number, they chose to send me a rude email and threaten legal action instead of picking up the phone and calling. A quick check-in would have been great! In addition, the only way you can pay is via bank info, which I prefer to not give out. Had I known I couldn't use my debit card, I would not have used them. I cannot recommend a company that is not up-to-date on their tech, cannot pick up the phone, and is rude to their customers!

So glad we hired Western Cut tree care! Alvaro was awesome to work with and really gave us great advice on all our trees. We had them take a tree down and treat three others for Ash Borer, and he explained everything and took great care of our trees and our property. We will definitely be hiring Western Cut again!

Alvaro and his crew did a wonderful job removing a large Maple tree for us. on time, safe, efficient, friendly and a great clean up. I'm glad we hired them and we'll continue to use their services for future needs.

Great company. Highly recommend. Locally owned and they do excellent work. We had a large tree fall across our driveway and block our front door and Alvaro came out during the storm to help us out. The whole crew came back after the storm to finish and haul away the tree and they were fast, efficient, and extremely nice and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend highly enough!!

We've had Western Cut out to take care of several trees. They're always responsive, transparent about what our options are, quick to get us into their schedule, super professional and reasonably priced.

We’ve used Western Cut Tree twice this season for tree pruning and shrub removal. Each experience has been exceptional due to how professionally each project was handled. A linden tree planted too close to the house was trimmed back and now flourishes. A landscaped corner of the yard had become densely overgrown by a mugo pine. After only a few hours, the cleared area revealed three boulders on decorative rock around a chokecherry tree. Thanks to Alvaro and a great team!

Alvaro did an outstanding job removing and stumping a huge 50 year old hybrid cotton wood for me in my front yard. The main trunk of the tree was about 3 feet wide. He was super knowledgeable, careful, and professional. From start to finish he and his team delivered exactly what he promised at an outstanding price. My contractor recommended him and I’m so happy that I went with him for my tree removal. You’ll be happy that you did too.

We had a crazy storm bring down a few very large branches which put a few holes in our roof and ended up on the neighbors house. Western was quick to respond and super helpful carefully extracting multiple huge branches off our roof and the neighbors. They cleaned up everything very well and were just great to work with. Couldn't recommend more. Also had them come out and trim up the tree to make sure it didn't happen again and they were very fair on price.
