Mike from SavATree in Firestone was fantastic! He came out to treat our trees and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I really appreciated how careful and respectful he was—not only with our yard but also in making sure our dog stayed safely in the backyard. Great service, very professional, and kind. I’m so pleased you guys were able to save my trees. I thought we were going to have to take them down but this year they have leafed out just beautifully!

I contacted Sav A Tree in September for several large trees that needed to be trimmed. The first team of arborist stood around in my backyard throwing string into the tree to bring down small dead branches. After an hour he told me he wasn't qualified to do the work. They requested that we move our hot tub to avoid damage from the tree trimming. A few weeks later, Dan the arborist did an excellent job removing MOST of the tree. He told me he didn't have the correct equipment to remove the tree trunk (about 6ft tall). Sine then Mike Masters has made multiple appointments to finish the job. THEY HAVE CANCELLED 5 TIMES!!! They had a no call/no show. I called and spoke with the office manager Jennifer a few weeks ago to complain. She admitted this wasn't the way they like to do business. She said she would make it right. The tree trunk is still waiting. I still have dead branches over my house and I miss my hot tub. I still have not be contacted to complete the work AND I JUST GOT BILLED FOR THE WORK THEY HAVEN'T COMPLETED! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

UPDATE: It's Feb 9th and still waiting for the work to be completed. I just received a phone call from Candi, at the Firestone office, telling me that my bill from the work completed in December is past due. I'm attaching pictures that I took today of the dead tree branches over my home. They're trying to collect on an invoice for work that has not been completed.

UPDATE: It's the middle of MARCH. I was asked to wait for the crew to get a special lift. They only trimmed 2/3rds of the tree. There was no explanation from the crew left just left it.

Jacob, the Regional Manager has been in constant contact to try and correct the situation. He has remained pleasant and professional, even when I have not. I appreciate all the efforts he is going thru to rectify the problems.

SavATree in Firestone is a TOP NOTCH company. Responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient! Since Sharon had consulted me on my property only 5 weeks prior, she expedited treatment of the Japanese beetles by pictures. I received treatment of my poor Linden tree in a week and have a treatment plan in place. She was Fantastic! The invasion of the Japanese beetles was fast and furious and Madison the technician was TERRIFIC and took time to walk around my whole house today before she did the treatment.
I also want to commend 3 wonderful ladies that helped me through the last week on the phone. I was very distraught when my tree was being eaten alive and Trisha, Candy, and Jennifer helped me tremendously getting this all done expeditiously! They were friendly and courteous and also knew the answers of most of my technical questions!
If I weren’t retired I’d like to work for this company in Firestone! 20 stars!

Firestone has a wonderful team! They were on time, did a Great Job at taking down our dead tree, and Cleaned up the back yard. It was HUGE and too close to the house for us to handle, and the way they coordinated and worked together to complete the "tight spot" job was amazing! The Estimate and the Invoice matched, no hidden fees, and the Best Part of it all Every single team member was nice and respectful! Great Job Fellas! We are very Happy and Impressed customers! You just dont find that kind of Customer Service anymore, or Work Ethic! The crew we had worked Hard and efficient! We Highly recommend!!

SavATree is the best place to have someone put up ur Christmas lights! They went over & beyond to make my trees look fabulous! People from all over town can see them & enjoy them. Nicest people & company ever! THANK YOU SAVATREE!!

I needed these guys to come out and effectively brutalize my overgrown apple trees which were shading my solar panels.. I had let them grow too large. These guys came out when they said they were, stayed until the job was completed. I was sure my wife wouldn't appreciate the wacking of the trees but they actually had pruned them so well they looked artfully done. They cleaned all dead wood and clippings up leaving no trace of the massive job they did.. yep. my wife loved it as well !! I will get them back in another month to do more trees!! I recommend them to anyone.

Tim, Rob and Ryan came out today and put holiday lights on our huge maple tree and house. Did a wonderful job! So beautiful! They were very professional yet very friendly! Thanks guys we love it as well as our neighbors!

Our Maple, Pear & Crab Apple receive periodic nutrient treatments & deep root watering that have helped them & have alleviated iron deficiency. We also had winter pruning recently & the trees look great 👍 Sharon & others at SavATree have provided outstanding, knowledgeable & expert service for our trees & yard. I highly recommend them.

They did a great job trimming our giant oak tree, which included a lot of complication given all the power and communication lines running in our backyard. We also use their organic fertilizer service for all of our trees and they do seem healthier. We plan to continue using them.

My trees look so much better having been trimmed. They should be healthier also. The clearance over the sidewalks, streets, and house are great.
