We had an office flood due to broken pipes and sprinklers. 970 came in and we’re able to get us back in our office within 6 weeks. This was a major project with complete tear down of some walls and insulation removal and 2 foot removal of drywall throughout. Complete floor replacement and painting.
Planning and supply ordering began while repairs were still being complete to the pipe and flood mitigation was still being done by another company.
They worked around our schedule as they could so we could still function in a limited capacity
The staff was respectful and professional while working in our office. They responded quickly to any concerns

We had an issue with water leaking behind the wall in our basement caused by the previous owners, and 970 came in and easily and quickly resolved our problem! They were knowledgeable and located the issue before it became a major problem! We would highly recommend them!

We used 970Services a few months ago for a water and mold damage repair on our bathroom. They were very easy to work with, always on time, and wonderful with regards to communication. We were so appreciative of how they were able to keep our bathroom functional while we were waiting for materials. We will definitely be using them in the future should a need arise.

Adam and Joel have gone above and beyond to help repair a number of issues with my mom's house. They saved her time and money by spending hours chasing a leak that ended up being the result of poor caulking around a window. And then came back and fixed another window that was installed poorly by another company and fixed residual damage left behind from a hail storm. Joel is respectful and dedicated to doing amazing work! Love them and will recommend them to everyone I can.

Really amazing experience. I live in an HOA, so there were several units getting new roofing. The timeline and details were thoroughly explained, and we had communication and contact information provided before construction started. The roof is great, project finished on time, and cleanup timely. The project manager was awesome and went above and beyond even finding and attaching a bracket for my flag pole and every small detail like house numbers and lighting was given full attention.

Adam, Joel, and the rest of the team at 970 Services did a great job in putting our house back together after a complete washing machine blowout! Between drying the wet areas with fans, removing drywall and insulation as needed, and reinstalling sheetrock, trim and flooring, they were professional, courteous and very timely. Would I recommend them to my friends and family? Absolutely!
