Joe and his crew recently finished my basement in Masonville Colorado. They were professional, did quality detailed work and were able to match the cabinets and flooring from the upper level and bring it into the basement. This created a compelte and finished feel throughout my home. I can’t say enough good things about this construction team.

We had local maps construction screen in our basement patio. We had an idea of what we wanted but Matt and Joe were able to bring it all together better than we could have imagined. They did an excellent job and make the addition look like it was build with the original house. They do qualify work for a great value. Their work was professional, they did work on time and within budget. We highly recommend them.

They use quality sub contractors, and our basement reflects that. They built a dual purpose accemt rolling barn door for our TV and sliding glass door covering.

Our family recently completed an extensive full home remodel in Ft. Collins. All areas of the house were renovated including the unfinished basement, extensive first floor renovation turning a galley kitchen into an open state of the art kitchen with massive quartz island, fully remodeled bathrooms on the upper level of the home, fully remodeled front room including adding a full length fireplace with beautiful mantel and bookshelves, remodeled laundry area and updating of all doors, trim, flooring and lighting throughout all levels of the home. I couldn't have been more pleased with the care and professionalism that Matt and his partner Joe exhibited during the project. The Local Map team had great suggestions and bright ideas to bring the renovation vision to life and provided excellent communication to me throughout the process. Some contractors will promise an upfront low price to get you hooked. Matt and his team provide fair pricing and superior renovation services. Matt and Joe were great to work with. They were able to take our vision of what we wanted for our basement and make it a reality. We had some revisions to our design all the way up to the day of framing and they were very accommodating to our wishes. They were always available and checked on the job often. As with any project like this, things came up that we did not anticipate, but they worked with us on handling those issues. Whenever we had an issue with anything, they were very responsive and fixed any issues that we found. Matt even came by after the project was completed to help put connectors on cables that we had run for TV. The workmanship was really first-rate and the look and finish was consistent with our main level. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and everyone that sees it is impressed. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Matt and Joe again.

We worked closely with Matt, Joe and their crews on remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. In addition. we transformed a living room into a guest bedroom, updated the entertainment center, refinished wood floors, and more. Matt and Joe with Local Map Construction are honest, straightforward and have high standards for their work. They checked in daily, let us know what to expect, had the house cleaned four times during the process, and the ducts cleaned when all was complete. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend.
