Infinity Contracting finished our basement in Loveland, CO. Mike and Robbie are superb communicators and excellent craftsmen.

They did an amazing job! My expectations where exceeded! No surprise pricing either. They stuck to the schedule. Friendly guys that you feel comfortable with a handshake and a promise.

Mike Lantz was a true pleasure to work with – he scheduled and provided a quick siding repair estimate, and then made a special effort to work our smaller job in between his other scheduled projects. His work was timely and professional. Even more impressive, he went above and beyond and helped my elderly mom by replacing her patio light bulbs! You seldom see this type of customer service and thoughtfulness anymore – thanks, Mike! Highly recommend!

Rob and Mike are very good contractors that do a professional, outstanding contracting job. They have completed two basements and a wood shop for me and I could not have been more pleased with the price, schedule and outcome. The most recent experience was a new finished basement over the last two months during the pandemic constraints. His team was very professional and very observant of social distancing during construction.

Excellent work! I've used Mike twice now over the past couple of years. He did a big siding job that included some roof repairs around the chimney and redid a section of damaged soffit. His work is always excellent and done right the first time. He's prompt, courteous, and finishes the job on schedule and on budget. I'll use Infinity Contracting for any future needs!

Rob and Mike were fabulous. Did a complete, accessible bathroom remodel in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. They are skilled craftsmen who use equally skilled subcontractors. Communication was clear, timely, and always helpful. Stayed within budget. Best home remodeling project I've done in 35+ years!

Mike and Rob did an expert job of repairing a water leak on my sliding glass deck door. They did a thorough analysis of the issue, found and repaired issues with a large window above the sliding door, issues with flashing at the pergola header that attaches to the wall above the door, re-flashed, re-sealed the window and door, taped, caulked, replaced numerous pieces of warped siding, repainted and cleaned up like they had never been there. Overall I'm thrilled with their very professional work and their work ethic is outstanding. You also won't find two more personable individuals!

Mike and Rob helped us to transform our dark galley kitchen into our new favorite part of the house. We appreciated their communication and expertise every step of the way and would highly recommend Infinity!

Infinity Contractors recently handled extensive home repairs for me following a major hail storm. The scope of the work included a full roof replacement, exterior painting, new window installation, and repairing water damage in one of the rooms.

Summary: Infinity Contracting, in partnership with a designer, helped us with a refresh of our hall/guest bathroom, installation of a pocket door, and a complete gut and re-design of our main suite bathroom. This was our first time using a General Contractor (GC) with subcontractors. We are handy homeowners, but knew that a complete gut and re-design of a bathroom was beyond our skillset. We had a very smooth experience with Rob, Mike, and all of their subcontractors. All parts of the project were completed on time and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Infinity’s services and would trust them again with any of our larger projects.

Note: We built a closet in our bedroom before this project started. The open closet nook is a bonus closet space.

Professional and trustworthy - Infinity is a certified and insured GC that has experience in and is open to universally accessible and ADA compliant construction. They are open and honest about every step in the process and the cost of every item sourced. It was good to see Mike and Rob working on site and frequently checking on the progress and quality of the subcontractors’ work. Each day the site was thoroughly cleaned and each subcontractor was incredibly respectful of our home and our time.

Open and collaborative communication - We sincerely appreciated the collaborative and creative nature of this project. Rob and Mike always included all parties (designer, us, subcontractor, etc.) in decisions and brainstorming sessions to solve problems. We received appropriately timed updates, Rob and Mike clearly explained any project issues, and always left the final decisions up to us.

Fair pricing and budget conscious - Infinity came in the middle of the pack out of 4 different contractor bids for this project and their initial estimate was very close to the final cost. They were protective of our budget and let us know how we could save money during the project.

Patient - Infinity was always willing to hop on a call and explain a process, go over our detailed questions regarding the contract, walk the site and explain changes and updates, and respond to any concerns we had.
