Seth was an excellent sales rep. Clearly explained the system compared to other similar systems. We met Seth on Wednesday and filters were installed on Thursday. Amazing service.

Great pricing. Installation was fast and the guys were on time, knew what they were doing. Every thing was cleaned up when they were done, could not really tell they were ever here other than the new product was up and looks very nice.

I am very pleased with the installation of my leaf filter gutter guards. The leaf filters were completed in a day. I am looking forward to not having to worry about my gutters collecting leaf debris for rest of the time I own my home.

I had LeafFilter gutter protection put on my gutters. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The work was done very quickly, within a few days, and looks great.

Work was done quickly. It's hard to determine the quality of the work until it rains. We had a lot of gunk in the gutters. While they did clean it out, on one side of the house the gunk was just thrown on the ground, and not in the buckets as suggested. The crew was lucky with one ladder incident, and a near miss with a tool than fell and just missed the wife. Some cleanup we did as they left it.

We were very happy with the way everything was explained. Jim made everything easy to understand and there was no pressure sale pitches. The installation went well and Tyler did a great job of making sure things were done right. Gutters were cleaned out and realigned where needed. We would highly recommend this company and their product.

I responded to an ad on Yahoo to receive an average cost for gutter filter on a 2500 square foot home. Instead I was asked to sign up with a sales person. Which I declined. Then I received a phone call and was told that the sales person would give me a discounted quote that would be good for a year. Instead the sales person first gave me an over inflated price of $13000. When I baulked, he lowered the price by 30%. I told him that was still too high. So he said he could do just the front of the house where the leaves were a problem for $3000. I agreed, but there was no estimate for a year. The installer came and said he would have to remove half of my Christmas lights because they were mounted to the gutters. This issue was not mentioned be the sales person. Anyway now I need to wait until next fall to see if the wind will blow away the leaves from the installed leaf filter. (The guarantee only states that the gutters will no clog.) If not, I will get out the step ladder and clean them myself.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

1) Warranty Misrepresentation: During my initial consultation, I was informed by a LeafFilter Sales Agent about the warranty coverage, which was verbally confirmed and supported by documentation. However, after installation and payment, I received a new, more detailed warranty packet that excluded several items I was assured were covered when I signed the contract. This inconsistency constitutes a misrepresentation.

Installation Issues: For the first year after installation, I consistently found screws in my yard which I have stepped on and hit with a lawn mower, resulting in injury due to poor attention to detail, causing safety concerns.

Gutter Damage: The filter’s failure to process moisture properly caused my gutter to pull away from the fascia, resulting in damage. Despite this being a clear product failure, I was told I would be charged for gutter replacement and new filters, instead of having the damaged section covered under warranty. They even refused to pay for the 6' of filter if I purchased the gutter. Multiple representatives acknowledged that this issue occurs frequently and would reoccur.

Lack of Communication: Despite 17 calls and 3 emails, I have not received meaningful follow-up or resolution. I have been assured of a return call within 24 hours multiple times, but no response has been forthcoming.

TLDR: company scams you, installs the product, then ghosts you the second there are any issues, even if you're willing to pay for the repairs. Basically my $3000+ investment is worthless on one section of my house within the first 2 years and they aren't going to help whatsoever.

The folks from LeafFilter were really fantastic, from helping us understand the important things to consider for our location, weather, and the trees around us, to the actual install (which began and was completed the day after we signed on). Both the salesperson (Jim) and our installer (Ty) were impressive, skilled, and had high integrity. The product is a quality product. I would highly recommend this company.

I received a quote on Wednesday and my gutters were installed on Friday. The sales person and the install team were very professional and gave me confidence in their work. The final install looks fantastic. My gutters were original to the house, so 40 years old. I wanted a product that would last as least as long as the originals. Although the price was a bit more than I expected, I'm extremely pleased with the results. The wide variety of stock colors meant I didn't have to paint them or my house to get HOA approval, saving me money!

No called, no showed 3 of the last 4 scheduled cleanings (and we're a new client!). Plus supervisors and admin staff are not helpful in resolving non-performance issues.

Floors and bathrooms are always my priority for cleanness. For the most part I have been very pleased with the bathrooms. However, the floors still need attention.
