I left a phone message a week ago for carpet cleaning and haven't received a return phone call. This is not a good way to run a business. All phone calls should have a under 24 hour minimum return call.

I saw the cost online and thought that it would be around $110 to do the job. When I called to confirm the answering message said that the minimum was now $150. When I went to pay it was $175. He was there about 1/2 hour. I did not inspect the job before he left because the carpeting was wet and when I did there were many places where it was still extremely dirty and I had to re-clean. Two things you should do when hiring this company...get a price before they start and inspect it thoroughly before they leave.

We have owned a rental property in Ft. Collins for 10 years. Some of our tenants used other carpet cleaners even though we specifically asked them only to use Esteem. Within days of cleaning by other vendors spots appeared and the carpet was matted. Each time we have called Esteem and the carpet was returned to excellent condition. We were certain this July after another poor cleaning by another vendor we would need to recarpet the whole house. Esteem recleaned the carpet and we were able to sell the property without needing to recarpet. Exceptional work by Esteem saved us thousands of dollars. The knowledge and committment to excellent work makes this company stand far above any of its competitors. I fully endorse Esteem.

With a dog, a cat and a now ten-year-old, our carpets were a sorry mess, and they had been that way for a long time. Two years ago were were having out of town company and we called a different company. The other company made a token effort and pronounced our carpets dead.

Then, a couple of months ago, we realized we couldn't replace them like we thought, so we started looking for, well, a miracle. We found one.

Matt was extremely courteous, even when I missed our first appointment for the estimate. He looked gravely at the condition of our carpets, and declared that he thought they were only "mostly dead". He warned us that it would take a lot of extra work, and thus added cost, but we were willing to give it a try.

On the day he and his assistant came for the cleaning, I skeedaddled to the basement to work on the computer down there. I don't know what they did, but it involved a lot of scrubbing and spraying and other noisy things I could hear through the floor. I was hopeful, but when he announced he was done, what I saw so far exceeded my expectations that I was almost giddy! Except for the areas where the carpet was badly worn, you wouldn't have know it was in such poor condition so recently. There wasn't a speck of dirt anywhere! I couldn't wait for my wife to see it.

Even now, a couple of months later, it looks fantastic.

Great guys, good work and professional. I had a place where I knew my dog got even with me by pottying on the landing of the stairwell. They were able to identify the spots and took great care to make sure they got it all cleaned and smelling great. Would definitely use them for all my cleaning needs.

I recently contracted with Esteem to clean our carpets. They were on time, walked through the rooms with us to check on any concerns and then got to work. In my opinion the result was an excellent job! I also like the fact they are a non-franchised locally owned company.
