I just had my carpets cleaned a few days ago. They hadn't been cleaned in five years, with three dogs, three kids, they were in horrible shape. When they came to clean he said he couldn't guarantee how they would turn out because of the bad shape. I am beyond impressed with how they turned out. The difference is night and day, and i have had so many compliments on what an incredible difference there is. Highly recommended!!!!

Awesomely Clean Carpet!
Matt did a great job with our carpet! Sometime in February, we called out Stanley Steemer, laured in by their prices. The carpet didn't seem very clean when they were done. Within 2 months our carpet (that was only about 5 months old) was completly filthy again. We had previously used Esteem a few years back and I remembe how clean he had gotten our older carpet, so we called him again. Got a return call for the scheduling the same day. He was ready to schedule in our cleaning that same week, but it suited us better to move it to the next week. He showed up as scheduled, in fact he wanted to show up earlier, but we weren't quite ready. So he's real good about working with clients schedules. He's very knowledgble about carpets and how to clean them. He even takes the time to instruct his clients about best regular cleaning pracitices. I don't think you'll ever be dissaponted with the service provided by Esteem. Thank You!

My carpets look like new! The service is guaranteed for 30 days. They worked hard and genuinely desired to do a nice job. I could tell they take pride in their work. The quote upon arrival was extremely pricey compared to other cleaning companies. It was disheartening when they said they'd decrease the price if I wrote a Google review…made me wonder if they were charging me more than market value (hence a 4 star rating instead of 5). They followed-up a few weeks later to make sure everything still looked good (and asked again if I’d write this review). The carpet service and their strong work ethic I love, but definitely concerned about the price. If you want clean carpets…these are the guys…just be ready to pay more.

Matt is great! He returns calls in a timely manner, he knows how to treat the carpet according to the fiber (wool vs nylon, for example) and he will return if a spot does not come out of the fiber after the initial cleaning. Additionally, his prices are very competitive.

Update 7/2019: Just had the carpets cleaned for a 3rd time with Esteem and new owner Ben. They did a great job like always. Arrived on time (early even!), protected the wood, were fast, and cleaned well. Courteous and professional. Ben is using a stronger machine and was able to get up a lot of pet and human hair.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service and attention I received from Matt and his employees. I had some nasty tenants who allowed a stray cat to live in my house. Needless to say, the 2 year old carpet was thrashed. Not wanting to jump the gun and rip everything out prematurely, I chose to call Esteem based on previous good reviews I read online.

Unlike many carpet cleaning companies around here that just give over-the-phone estimates based on square footage, Matt came out and actually put eyes on my carpet. He brought out black lights to assess the level of damage and decided that a special enzyme might be able to save the carpet. He came back out the next day and completely saturated the carpet with said enzyme. After 7 days of allowing the enzyme to do its job, he came back and did the actual steam cleaning. That's 3 times he came to my house. It was amazing to see how much dirt and grime was lifted from the carpet. He spent a great deal of time assuring that problem spots received adequate attention. At the end of the job, I was happy with the result. Matt gave me some useful information about how the carpet was going to settle once it dried and even called a few days later to check in.

Matt and his team did a wonderful, thorough job. I would definitely recommend Esteem to others and hope I get the opportunity to. I think it is incredibly important to support small local businesses. I was more than happy to give this well-run local business my patronage.

We have used Esteem Carpeting Cleaning for many years. Always on time, professional, friendly and do a fantastic job. Having dogs can be a challenge on carpets but they look fantastic after Esteem is done!

We have used this company several times. We have been highly impressed with the quality of their work. Mike and Dakota did our last cleaning, and they did an excellent job, very professionally. The carpet we inherited when we bought this house had stains in every room. With this last cleaning, most of the stains are gone, and those they couldn’t remove are barely visible. We had a stubborn stain in the family room which came back up. Esteem came right back and cleaned that stain again. They are very accommodating to make sure that your needs are met. We highly recommend them.

So thrilled to have clean windows! Logan, Alex and Aiden did a great job and spent extra time to ensure they are spotless. Definitely recommend!

We have used A New View for many years in two homes of ours and our daughter’s. They are always thorough, courteous. Very good contact for service date reminders, responding to need to change dates or any correspondence. They always check back to make sure we were happy with the service. I did use their rain return policy this time, and they came as scheduled for it too. Very fair. Have only positive things to say.

I would highly recommend this company to others! Logan came out and was very professional, kind, and personable! He cleaned inside and out and did a great job! He even went back over a couple of windows twice. They got me on the schedule quickly as well. My house has never looked better!

Jordan and Tanner did an excellent job of cleaning my windows inside and out, a particularly challenging project that includes a two story set of windows and basement windows set in window wells.
I suspect Jordan and Tanner of being ninjas because they somehow managed to get their ladders and other equipment and supplies from the front yard of my townhouse to the back area without going through the townhouse. It means they would have had to make a long trek “around the cape” because without going through any units they couldn’t avoid traipsing down the road in front of seven units and then back up the common area to reach the back gate of my townhouse. And whenever they were in the house they always shielded their shoes with booties, which I really appreciate.

A New View does a great job. I use them for both interior, exterior, as well as gutter cleaning. Scheduling is easy and they always provide great customer service.

Vaiden and Jackson from A New View were awesome! They were friendly, engaging, hard working, and they did a fantastic job on our windows and screens. We appreciated the pride they took in their work, and as a result, our windows and screens are extremely bright and clean! Thank you!
