I got a promotion for Memorial Day via NextDoor. JT offered a free duct cleaning or carpet cleaning for veterans/active duty. We chose the duct cleaning. They showed up the next day, on time, and went over the process with us. They were very kind, fast, and efficient. It was amazing how smooth of a process it truly was. I wish I could give more stars! Will definitely be using them from now on. Also got a really reasonable quote for a deep carpet cleaning! Thank you so much!

This company was outstanding they were here when they were supposed to. They were very polite as well. They came in and gave me an estimate and asked if I wanted to schedule a time or if I wanted it cleaned today. They had the time that day to clean my home before a large commercial job. The best thing was I had some pet odors and stains and they were able to address it and it is so much better. I can’t think them enough.

I’m very pleased with my carpet and upholstery cleaning. Jordan was extra helpful with scheduling quickly, as part of this job was cleaning a section of carpet that had backflow damage. Cody did such a good job with that, I added a couple rooms, sofa and loveseat to the job. He graciously and efficiently did it all with courtesy and great communication. Thanks!

These guys did a great job on all of our carpet in several rooms of our house. They were even able to remove some pretty heavy stains that the previous carpet cleaners could not get out. Friendly, punctual and did a fantastic job. 10/10!!!

Mad Dog Carpet & Tile has outstanding service. JT and Cody are very professional and showed up on time. They cleaned all my carpets and hardwood floors, which look brand new again, I couldn’t believe it! They also cleaned all my ducts and couldn’t believe what they pulled out of them! I would recommend them over any other carpet company. The prices are very fair and they are a family owned company. They actually take the time to do the job right.

I can't recommend Mad Dog enough! I moved into a rental and one bedroom smelled strongly of urine. I tried TWO Nature's Miracle treatments and the landlord tried something as well with out any success. Mad Dog came in and identified the source quickly and effectively removed the smell! I was convinced we were going to have to have the carpets replaced. They are a fantastic company to work with!
