We had the carpets cleaned in our home by Cody. He did such an amazing job!! He was very informative, very knowledgeable, and could not have done better! The carpets look amazing and I will for sure call them the next time I need the carpets cleaned or for any of their other services. They were able to get a particular spot where our outside door marked up the carpet that I thought would be impossible to remove. I would highly recommend them for all cleaning services. Thorough, professional, and great people!

We used Mad Dog for a move out clean. They were able to get up 95% of the stains from dogs and kids, which was pretty bad, but after their cleaning, looked nearly new. They were also communicative and willing to do the right thing during the process.

Mad Dog is Top Dog in our book. Great job on carpets. Got spots out with their extraction technique that we had never gotten out before. Duct work was fast and efficient. Quality service and exceptional value with a knowledgeable, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Cody is very professional and informative. He was great with my family and pets. Had our floors cleaned last week and then he was able to fit us in to have our HVAC Ducts cleaned and treated. first , I am going to say they did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. What I have a problem with is all the mess they made with plant material left on the wood floors after the cleaning. I had to sweep and mop after they left. They also took 2 chunks out of my wood stairs dragging their hoses up and down. That is no OK !!!

Cody did a fantastic job cleaning our Travertine tile. He reapplied the shine that was missing, from years of foot traffic. The Carpets were cleaned and refreshed as well! Extremely pleased. Excellent service! I've included the before and after photo in this review. The photos were taken of the same exact area!

Cody really loves his job and he does it well! He explained the cleaning process, explained the plant based products he was using, the drying process and any other questions we had. What an awesome job Trey Clark and Brandon Clark did on our windows yesterday. We were so pleased with the terrific job they did on our windows, inside and out, the screens and the tracks. They had come previously to provide an estimate for the work we needed. The price was very competitive and we thought very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I have lived in my home for almost a year now and have been fighting dirty, hazy windows ever since. I've tried every product & type of cloth to clean the smudges with no success... All Smith Window Cleaning came out yesterday and today I woke up with crystal clean windows, even with the sun shining in!! These guys ARE THE BEST.
Hand cleaning inside windows. outside windows AND all the screens removed, cleaned and replaced. No short cuts, all extremely detailed orientated fellas. Very polite and courteous, strong worth ethic and love what they do.

The proof of how great their work is: My husband, not once, but TWICE walked face first into the sliding glass door to the deck, thinking the door was open! That' the best testament to how exceptional their glass cleaning abilities are!
