Got my car detailed after a cleaning done for my apartment, could not have been happier than what I got. I highly recommend this company if you are looking into car cleaning/detailing and home cleanings as they do such a wonderful job at it.

Very very disappointed. They were FOUR hours late to the appointment time, when she originally told me it was going to be later I was told 2 hours and then had to ask for an update over two hours later. She lied and told me she was on the way but didn’t show up until 90 minutes later. This could have been over looked as everyone has a bad day, but I paid for a deep clean and they didn’t even wipe the surfaces. There were crumbs left on our table, nightstands were not dusted, rugs were not vacuumed, the couch was not vacuumed, and they didn’t even touch the wak in closet - no vacuuming, no dusting. When I asked if certain things has been done because I could tell it hadn’t she lied and told me it was. It was supposed to be a 3 hours service and they rushed through in 90 minutes because it was raining and they brought a car with no doors. I was throughly disappointed.

They did amazing helping me out and getting my house deep cleaned. Very respectful of space.

My kitchen was in desperate need of a deep clean and Alma knocked it out of the park. She made sure everything I wanted clean was cleaned, and asked if she needed to touch any spots up before she left. I look forward to working with Lady Dusters in the future.
