Terrible service all around. I had asked for someone to do some pretty basic cleaning earlier this week, and took a half day from work to make sure I was home when they arrived. They were originally scheduled for 1:30, and showed up about 2 hours early, when nobody was home. One of the employees left me a message saying they were here and would be leaving since nobody was answering the door. So I called the main office and asked to have them back at the original time, 1:30, which they said would be fine. So at about 2:00, when they hadn't arrived yet, I called to check on them, and was told they would be there any minute. About 40 minutes later, they arrived. When they came in, I explained what I was looking for - just cleaning floors, windows, and bathrooms, pretty straightforward. They started in the basement and worked their way upstairs. I came in and checked periodically, but at some point noticed they were getting back in their truck, and they drove off shortly after that. I was first surprised they didn't tell me they were finished, nor that they had given me a bill. What was much worse was that they missed about half of the rooms, didn't touch the windows, and used a completely foul-smelling cleaner on each floor.

This was surprising given the positive reviews online, but a good reason I'll never use them again. Can't stick to a schedule, wasted a lot of my time and forced me to finish half of the job myself.

I would not recommend using Green Clean. Customer service is awful and they threaten to send me to collections. I had them come in for a move out clean and told them specifically what needed to be cleaned and what didn't need to be cleaned. It came out that they were cleaning things that were told to them NOT to be cleaned. It took them over 4 hours to clean a 1200 Sq ft house. Our house is cleaned and kept up with weekly! There is no way it should have taken them over 4 hours. When approached with my frustrations Kacey told me that she would send me to collections and wouldn't give me the owners contact information. Never again will I use this service or recommend to anyone!!!

Just used GreenClean Colorado to help with the final cleaning of my parents' home before it was sold. I've never seen the bathrooms sparkle so much - including the floors. No chemical residue smell either. Great service. Thank you for making it easy. Excellent crews on both days. Thank you.

We have Green Clean Colorado come in to help with deep cleaning , the employees always arrive on time and ask what our current needs are. Each time we have a major family or friend function we know we can call Green Clean and plan out cleaning ahead of time. One of the best parts of the cleaning is that when we arrive home we see the shine but do not smell the cleaners. Thank you for using cleaning products that are healthy and for your professional staff.

So for 15 years we have had the same person cleaning our office spaces at our shop. She decided she didn’t want to do it anymore so I contacted Tom Leggett with Green Clean. He came in ,took a look at the offices, and gave me a price. I compared it to what we had been paying the other person and found it to be very comparable so I hired Green Clean. The offices ,the employee lounge,the shower,the customer waiting area are cleaner than they have been in a long time! I have now noticed that the person that was cleaning (who is also an employee in our office )has now reduced an uncontrollable cough and allergy issue. We’ve been using them for a month now and all is good. With the few flu epidemic going on in this country His environmentally friendly cleaning can do nothing but help our situation and help keep our business absence free.

Tom Legget, Owner of Green Clean, and his FABULOUS team, did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning my home! They were very professional, thorough and personable! We live in the foothills so our home gets plenty of wind and dust plus ashes from the fireplace. I don’t like to clean and have been looking for a cleaning service that I could trust. I’m so grateful to have found Tom and his crew, who not only do I trust with a key to our home, but they also use non-toxic products! My body reacts painfully to toxic products to where I’d have to leave the house when my husband would clean with them. I used GreenClean Colorado for a move out cleaning and they did a great job. They showed up with 2 people so the kitchen was done fast, the floors were cleaner than I've ever seen them and they were very friendly. A hard working staff! I would highly recommend this company for their great personnel and the fact that they use all natural cleaning products is a bonus. thanks!

I have had Green Clean come in several times for deep cleaning (the things that we can't/don't want to do), and they have done an incredible job each time. Sometimes it surprises me when I notice a particular area that they have cleaned, and I didn't realize quite how bad it had gotten...always a pleasant surprise! They have also been mindful of the fact that we have cats, and make sure that they're safe when entering/leaving the house.
I have some chemical sensitivities to cleaning products, and have never had a problem with any of the products that they use...the house just smells clean, with none of the heavy odors that many companies use.
I highly recommend Tom and his team at Green Clean Colorado!

Green Clean did an amazing job on our move out cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a non toxic alternative. The women who showed up worked very hard. They cleaned out all the kitchen appliances and still managed to clean the home lightening fast! They were very affordable for the amount of things they got done in a short time! I will hire them again to clean my new home.

I'm a busy professional who works long hours. Coming home to a clean house makes me happy. Instead of flowers for special occasions my husband gets Tom's girls from Green Clean to spend a few hours making our home wonderful. I trust the products they use will be safe for my fur babies. It was a number of years ago but this company was responsible for us having to put our dog to sleep after one of its cleaners let our dog out at a house that we had our dog staying at while we we're away on vacation. One of the cleaners wasn't given permission to do that by the homeowner whose house they were cleaning. The cleaners went to let our dog back in, and since he wasn't staying in his own home, he wasn't sure what was going on by him having being left in the yard at all from the house he was at. So our dog ran away, and was hit by a car in which he was injured so severely that he had to be put to sleep. We have never gotten over this happening especially because our dog wasn't that old when it happened. So we missed a lot of years of enjoying our dog. I don't know if in the present day that this company has changed any of their policies regarding if they're cleaners are in a home where there's a pet except for the fact that it appears most of their reviews are at a higher level. So I do hope over the years since we lost our dog that they changed some of their policies so that this kind of thing doesn't happen to anyone else.

I absolutely love the services offered by Molly Maids. They help me so much! I have been a customer now for almost 10 years. I use them for my real estate business and also for my own home. They keep my life on track and are very affordable. Honestly though I would rather go without food over Molly maids!!!!!!

Our local Molly Maid exceeded my expectations again! From beginning to end, they were professional, kind and personable. Scheduling with Nick was very easy, with clear expectations of the service and the schedule. Tabitha and Aubree were so gracious at the home, explaining what they would do while asking if there was anything in particular I needed. They didn't waste any time and got the place meticulously clean while keeping a high level of kindness and customer service. Molly Maid is my first choice in Northern Colorado!

Every time I ask, Molly made to come clean my house they won’t ever clean it. They just said they want to do an estimate. And they said they don’t sweep the house. What kind of house cleaning services doesn’t sweep
